I made this custom bar/meter and when it is empty, I want it to change the P1 state.

why not p1 monitor the state of the bar meter and change state by itself?

Oh yes, this is the system I used before.
when I tried some stuffs around 2007 (with custom gameplay)

I'll have to check the availiable vars in Jm's characters, since I use his beinmaru to code POTS a character.


i never thought this before since I always sort same type of sound in one group.

It's for MUGEN, but it's not about MUGEN itself, so, the last recording software I used was kinda bad (forgot the name). If there is one that records in good quality with the smallest file sizes possible ('cause shitty internet)? I really feel like getting back to recording.

if you are using windows 10
the best is the building in one

go to settings
Gaming => Captures =>
Recording audio 192kbps
mic and system volume to max
check record game audio only
Recorded video
check 60fps and quality to high

when in the game press win+R



if not windows 10
OBS is the second choose
but you need to tweak the settings to get a better recording and low CPU usage.


both are free

is there anyway besides the image editor in fighter factory any tips? thanks.

use mugen enginner to scale the image but not using an app like photoshop.
it will appear as bigger or smaller but in disk space size remain the same. so no quailty loss
if you resize in photoshop disk space will change so quailty is lost.

Sorry but i dont get it, so the projectiles will become useless like that? They dont even hit the opponent.

you need to adaptor all velocity and pos for all element
not only in the CNS
all of them
it's a big project.

if it's really your character the localcoord should be decided from the very begining
not at the end of the project.

If you're using MUGEN 1.0 or above, you can go in the CMD, find the move, and add this:

triggerall = !AIlevel

You will still be able to perform the move, but the AI won't.

Thanks for the answer, but are you sure that's the exact coding? Because I've tried it on the character in both mugen1.1 beta and mugen 1.0 and the game crashed before the match.

you need to declare the character version before you can use 1.0 or 1.1 code
in you char def file
mugenversion = 1.0 or 1.1
if you saw a date it's winmugen. you can't use 1.0 or 1.1 code

I'm not really sure where to put this... Admins if this isn't the right place to put this can you place it in the right section of the forum.

Ok I want to ask for a favor. It's simple but kind of tedious. I'll pay for it though. The task is simply increasing all of my chars volume to the perfect volume... to the fact of me simply adding one "playsnd" instead multiple for the sound to be loud enough to hear during gameplay. I should've had this done a long time ago, (I know) but there's no time like the present. I'd like the voice to still sound clear so some compression may be involved depending on the intensity of the voice. So if anyone is up for this that has anytime to do it, then give me a holler. Like I said I know it's tedious so there will be compensation. But don't try to tear my pockets out lol. Thanks
