I have nothing too relevant to say, I noticed 2 small things:
Ryu and Evil Ryu specific winquotes doesn't work when they fighting against each other.
Evil Ryu LK pal and start+HK pal are too similar (just a slightly different tone of green), it could be a problem in a mirror match. And his teeth have the same color of his gi on some palettes.

The name you put in the select file have to be the same name that is on the character .def file unless the character folder have the same name.
If the folder name is Demitri and the .def file inside the folder is Demitri too you can just put Demitri in the select.

If the folder is diferent from the .def file like -> the folder is cvsdemitri and the .def is Demitri, you have to put this on the select:

cvsdemitri\Demitri.def
the first one being the folder name \ then the .def name always with .def after the name.

A quick little thing that I noticed it's that she lacks a afterimage when using custom combo, I tested in both 1.0 and Ikemen

I've found a bug, if you fight against Cyber Ryu Kyo does his intro against normal Ryu.
This one is not related to Kyo, but I've saw that you updated your other characters and I've found a error in Ken and a bug in the 2 Robert.

Ken: He closes the game if I select him, it is a problem with state 5150
Robert: If he get hit his colors change.
Ah, I am using Mugen 1.0 so maybe this doesn't happen with winmugen.

That's just a Windows thing, try surrounding the path in quotes like this:

Ah it's Windows being windows it worked but I've got another error:

Errors happens with other Soysause, Koopakoot and Jmorphman chars too, the later use a custom command buffer so I was expected to not work.

I noticed the AI thing too, it's very weird because if I decide to do a backdash or jump right after the round starts I still take damage but the animation of my movement still plays. And goddamn his ai is merciless he is harder to beat than your Rugal for me.

As ZolidSone mentioned his Tsuma Kushi both the special and the super maybe will miss some opponents if it's executed close enough, I saw it happening with Jmm Guile and Divine Yuka.
PS: I use the xscale 0.83333 for Guile and the chars with the cps2 resolution.

Now about his Yami Sogi maybe it was intentional, but I think that the hitbox should be a little longer horizontally.

His winpose when he points to the sky and talk about the moon uses a voice clip that is too low. In 13 he say the same thing when selecting his classic mode so you could use that.

I forgot to mention last time, but he lacks a Orochi mode small portrait.

Oh, and I think it might be a good time to bring up a debate (maybe even make a poll):
Dark Sakura in the games she appears don't have an alternate stance (it's the same as normal Sakura) however there are sprites for an alternate stance (borrowed from PotS Sakura :mhmm: ), and also she can transform mid fight at the cost of some power bars. Would you guys want it? I thought about making these as options in the config.txt, so people can easily enable or disable it. For now she can't transform and has the same animation for both versions.

The stance I think that it depends on what you want with the dark mode, do you plan to make her an evil counterpart or just an alternative/powered up version of Sakura? If it's the first go with the alternate stance, at least this is what I would do.

About the transformation I would like to have the option to choose if I want it or not, but with the transform being disabled by default.
