I kinda thought that MugenX's Purin was WAYYYYY too cheap, so I edited it. It's my first edit, so it's not that great, but I tried my best! It's sprites and animations are still, rather primitive.

Things I edited:
Removed explosion KOs and Screen KOs, as it deals damage, and makes opponents vulnerable
Green Shield instead of red, for kicks, and because I like being P4 in SSBM/B
Smaller character size, old one was too big, making it look pixellated
Removed the inner cheapness of pal12
Forced to use reguar shield break effect, as the screen KO was removed

Smaller size, note that Ness wasn't explode KO'd by a fully charged side-smash.

I kinda want a folder filled with MugenX's [cheap] SSBB characters, to edit and fix them. Don't give me it on eSnips, as shown above... I'd prefer it to be in a .zip format, although a rar is alright...

I remember there being a topic where someone can make you palettes. but I can't find it. I don't know specifically where to place this topic, but... Well, let's put it like this. I need to know where to find someone who created a topic where he created ACT files for people who requested them. God, I seem like an idiot.

There are 2 options:

1. If you can make PCXes, save the image as a PCX, and resize the image.
2. Use the eraser option and erase unwanted areas. Make sure the palette for the photo and the ACT file are the same, though, as the transparency will mes up if it's in the wrong color.

Sorry for asking it illegally, but I kinda need a Photoshop to change Gregarlink10's spritesheet into a PCX, as BMPs have... odd color results. It needs to be activated and in a rar or zip file.

I'm editing MugenX's Purin to make it less cheap. (Text is big so you notice URL)

The only problem I have wit that, is, that... well... I can't really explain it well, but... In most CNS files (And almost any other file), there are usually comments that tell you which part is which, and what you should edit/shouldn't. The CNS file for MUGENX Purin is just littered with random symbols, and I'm practically lost whenever I try to edit it. Any suggestions/translations/ways for me to read it?

It's better to re-evaluate it to -1.

Or, you could just re-evaluate the animations themselves to -1,-1,0,0,1. This is a LOT easier to do and undo.

I'm sorry if I sound stupid, nut do I evaluate the animelem= to -1 or 0, anim=, or both?

I'm trying to remove blood on the character Jigglypuff when she uses the "Angry of Jigglypuff" and "Fury of Wigglytuff" specials. How do I removve it, though, without removing the blood on the MUGEN sff file for special effects?

Man, the people in this forums are such ASSHOLES! Oh well, there's some things newbies can't fix. There could be multiple reasons to why Umezono said Vergil was cheap. Who knows, he could've added an AI Patch, and realized how broken he is. Or, he could base it off of watching videos of people losing to him. Or, it could be what you said, he lacks this so called "Mugen Skill".

From what you posted, I'm assuming you are looking for Super Smash Bros. Melee characters. Y'know, there are many different SSBB/M styled MUGEN characters. You can find one here. Even then, there are no Pichu styled characters. Seeing the spritesheet, I'm assuming you don't know how to make PCXes (Don't worry, I dunno either), and you don't understand some things. Mugen characters have many attacks. (Take example Willoughby Jackson's Jigglypuff. That thing is a Pokemon character with many attacks.) Your Pichu only has, like, 16 sprites and 4 attacks. Most Pokemon characters end up like that. I don't wan't your character to fail, so can you try giving us a Pichu with more sprites, attacks, and supers?
