My example is showing why he shouldn't have a broken jaw. If you want to add those black outlines and keep it long-faced, then feel free to, but at least fix the angle on that.

You're trying to go for a metallic/reflective look but it looks like it's overexposed to light, and it's annoying to look at.

Try something like this:





Leave the black outlines in certain places to imply depth. Like, pick one side (left or right), and use the black outlines there.

New one was built from scratch, but I heavily referenced the hell out of MotorRoach's X sprite, because I can't draw Mega Man characters properly to save myself.

I couldn't draw the head right, so I pretty much put mine side-by-side and literally copied his pixel for pixel lmao.

State of emergency has been declared today in Montreal here in Canada. My grandfather (who came in from Lebanon) is basically marooned here with us, other than that, we're doing fine.

Thats a good animation,  kinda choppy bro, make more tho

Using 6 frames to make an animation doesn't make it "choppy".

If you're referring to the tail, then it's incomplete (because it's not my animation to complete, it's just a quick and rough example for it's creator).

Yeah, maybe try something like this (made this one quickly for my own practice):



there was also a 0.15 second pause at the last frame on yours that I removed and made it the same speed as the rest because it didn't make sense for that pause to be there imo, at least once tail movement was added.

You could try a slower tail movement if the faster one like I did doesn't tickle your fancy. Other than that, it's a nice animation on your part.
