Oh I didn't know this was a thread. Hopefully I can post here too.

Recently I've finished these two color seps, with the second one being finished today actually. Khan took me under a week I think. Hol took me two weeks. I'm pretty proud of them both... for now. I know in about a month I'll hate both of them and want to redo them lmao

They're both gonna be included in VSD so hopefully we can get some palettes going for them. The game's Discord server has already been cracking away, especially for Khan.

Here's a few sample palettes for Khan that I made just cause the extent of the CS is pretty great IMHO (until I eventually hate it lol).

Kinda left Anubis alone since I couldn't think of much for his colors. Was gonna make him 'Dorf on Link's palette but I haven't had the time to get around to it.

Hi, unfortunately too poor to be a customer but I'd like to say a few things.

1. These separations are fucking fire, dude, holy shit. They look gorgeous. I absolutely love what you've accomplished here. Mad respect from me. Are any of them available to download, if I may ask?

2. I've been doing a lot of color separating myself recently (just did over 1300 sprites in the last week alone lol), and though I've found a sort of "rhythm" for it, sometimes I get stuck. I set daily goals for myself to help make the process go smoother. Wondering if you have any advice for a budding CS-er?

3. I hope you get a fuck ton of customers if this is the gorgeous quality of work you're offering. I will definitely spread your name around if anyone's in need of a patch.

Cause I have an account, I've uploaded lots of images to it, so is that enough? Or is that not registered? Cause I wasn't aware you could upload images there without an account, unless I'm wrong.

It's cool that as an addittional bonus his classic costume is included, but I wonder why they don't commit to making costumes dlcs a thing. They dipped their toes into it during the previous KoF but only weirdly specific characters got costumes.

I don't know why they don't do costumes much at all either. Especially considering they have so much potential for lots of costumes. I mean Athena alone could have an entire costume DLC bundle with all her prior designs.

After Shingo got his classic costume, I figured Kim would too. Not to mention I think this is a shoe-in for Sylvie getting her classic outfit as well.

Poor Najd, still stuck with her same design, but it's a good design as is at least. Hopefully she gets an alt costume that looks just as good.

As long as you MAKE THE EFFORT, then yes, I think that would be okay.

Take all the time in the world to sort yourself out, because I think if something like this EVER repeats again you're definitely getting a full on blacklist from the MUGEN community as a whole.

We're not saying this cause we want to chase you away, we're saying this because your actions have consequences but we want you to understand what you did wrong and how you can improve from it. The others have sung that song and did that dance plenty of times, so I won't reiterate it beyond that.

I won't say everyone else will have faith in you to change, especially with how much this has reached a boiling point, but DEFINITELY don't try to fix yourself on the basis of appealing to others. Do it for you, first and foremost -- for the betterment of yourself, and let THAT extend to those and the environment around you.

Become someone you can be comfortably proud of.

And no, that's not me saying "good, feel bad" or anything, that's my way of saying it's the right thing to feel about all of this. Feeling disgusted about disgusting behavior, I mean. Recognizing the problem is the first step towards fixing yourself.

Now, I'm not MFFA staff, I'm not in the MFFA discord, I have very little experience with you, so I won't try to speak in depth on matters I don't know in full or understand completely. But from the sounds of things, yeah, this ain't the first time you've been through this wringer and I think everyone involved would love for there to be a last time.

Either through you changing, or you being perma-banned because you won't change.

Seriously, take ALL OF THIS as a sign that, yeah, you fucked up hard and need to change yourself and your behavior. That's not how you treat people in any way and those aren't battles worth having.

I used to be like that and it cost me a lot of very close friends and I've burned too many bridges to count. That shit eats you, especially when the bridges you burn are way more personal than that of a MUGEN community.

Don't let this kind of behavior continue to fester and expand beyond something as niche and small as MUGEN. Seriously, let this be a wake up to you.

Take a break, reflect, get help, fucking change. I'm sure plenty of people are tired of telling you to do so, or telling you that this isn't okay, but I think it would be a serious breath of fresh air for those who've had to put up with you if you legitimately did face the consequences of your actions and worked to better yourself, to actually be a part of this community.

Please consider it. Nothing wrong with trying to better yourself, you can only grow from there. Don't take any of this as a sign of being totally worthless and hopeless, take this as your final shot to be better before you get perma-banned from more than just MFFA.

Personally I don't think that's the way to go about it.

I don't think taking everything as a massive defeat and kicking yourself while you're down, asking it all to be deleted, is the way to deal with this.

I think if you legitimately want things to be better, you'll view the posts that are legitimate criticisms against you and your behavior, come to understand them, and try to change yourself.

But that's if you want things to be better. If you DON'T want anything to change or just legitimately think they can't,




then just leave I guess.

As someone who deals with depression and goes through heavy episodes, I used to be like this -- incredibly outwardly toxic and incredible defeatist and self loathing when called out on it. That's NOT a good mindset to be in.

If you're smart, you'll recognize how toxic of a mindset this is and that you ARE in it, and if you don't want to be in it, think about the issues presented here and consider how you can improve upon yourself. Because the current "Karl" that you are ain't someone we wanna deal with. It's too much.

Have hope for yourself and put the effort in to improve, or don't and take your business elsewhere.

TL;DR yes you are being a huge asshole and if you don't want to be one take everyone's words here as true blue criticism and put the effort in to be better.

Update! Devo's base color separation is finished, Ebony Devil is all that remains. But in the meantime, since I wanted a break from the puppet-fuck, I started something arguably more difficult -- a Final DIO CS. Because Jacket Dio gets all the attention.

I'll also have a Polnareff template up sometime during the week. His CS is looking pretty good to me.
