Considering I got them on hand (just gotta extract them), I'll try to get those up soon. Also, will see if I upload them in WAV (+including some unused voice clips, nearly all the same as final except with less loudness or something; there are some alt K.O/Draw takes and even a "Fight 1" take).
EDIT: Looks that the files I have for some reason don't want to extract :(
But I'll see if my friend that got me those can send me more to extract.

After looking to do this for years, finally got my hands on the sound files from the game and extract them! While I could see if I could get more stuff like character voice rips or SFX, for now I'm putting up what had me interested the most: Announcer voice clips!

Finally finished making these for MUGEN! DOA3 lifebars looked pretty slick, and after toying around with the game with Cxbx-Reloaded, I thought in this idea. 3-4 days of extracting & converting to MUGEN later, and there we go! For 640x480 resolution.

While I haven't added the TimeUp/Draw labels yet (and nametags don't support numbers yet), everything else is complete. Enjoy!

I'm doing this since today is my birthday and I wanted to do special events for it; but another actual reason is because of how I have started work in another fullgame (using Ikaruga KOF98 chars) and another frontend for it (using the code from this one), so I don't know if I'm going to work in this one for a good while; and for the record they may (or well, aren't fully finished) so there may be some tidbits here and there; but the latest source is included (which was having a wip Tag implementation by holding SP and pressing start in the arcade ver.) so anyone that can figure it out can either polish it or create something new from it. This new frontend is also testing with Palette selecetion in CSS, and mode selection (Advanced or Extra); but this one is pretty functional. The AHK script used for the Arcade Edition is also included as a executable (which is used) and as the source AHK file.

Hope you guys enjoy this one, and not only maybe get a fully polished demo of the new project, but also to release more stuff during my day!

That file  "MBFAELTZERO.rar" isn't working.
Since after Downloading and Opened and Retried, No Work.

Did you update winrar to the latest version? The archive is compressed with RAR5.

Don't worry, I still plan in creating the others from the poll (was doing some work on ripping SFEX2+ resources, got something done of VF2 lifebars, and I wanted to try a retro-pixel like attempt to my new original lifebars as in something reminscent of KOF98; but I may attempt something different from that), just wanted to show my progress on Sonic the Fighters lifebars!

The lifebars were actually started and partially done by The 14th Doctor along with Tiniest Turtles getting some of the resources; I found it on a GameBanana page as a wip but since it didn't have any progress since last year, asked and received the files to finish it and this is the result: Added the timer font, powerbars based on lifebars, winner label and fixed round count position, as well as portraits. I may change the portrait boxes for something nicer/better looking, and wanted to add out some details to the K.O. animation. Either way, keep an eye on this one since I may hopefully be done with it soon (and yes, I haven't forgot about my Bloody Roar 3, BR4 and first original lifebars btw, I just tend to get started on a lot of stuff :P)

Though I don't have any actual character concepts or designs thought, I have a general idea about what this game would mainly feature:
The controls would be 2 "physical"/punch/kick buttons and 2 "special/attribute" buttons, and said special/attribute attacks can be anything; but they would use a specific character's special ability, attribute or element; and the reason why this matters is because there would be a matchup system similar to something like Pokémon where a Fire-type attack damages a Grass-type opponent (As in, if you use a fire-using character's special attacks against a grass-type character, it would cause extra damage or effects). A way to keep balance with a system like this would be adding counter bonus damage to disadvantaged-attribute characters (eg: Grass-type char has additional counter damage against Fire-type) as well as the physical attacks not being mostly affected by any of both characters types).

A thing that could be introduced through this attribute system could be effects caused by certain character attacks/specials, like Burn, Poison or Freeze to vulnerable characters...y'know, just like Pokémon. And while I don't exactly mean this being a pokémon fighter at all, probably using the similarities in concepts can be the easiest way to explain the idea of a attribute-based (for the most part) fighting game that doesn't necessarily have to use Pokémon at all.

And by the way, the name is not final by any means; I even struggled to think a name to present this idea. If anyone can think a better name, it could be some good help.

Here are 3 images, showing the resources I'm getting for VF2 and KI2 lifebars, while there is a screenshot of my progress in BR4 lifebars (and these are for 1.0). I haven't done anything for T6 yet (:P) and I had done a little something for FV2 weeks ago but haven't done anything on it either. Also, I gotta resume work on my Arcade Evolution and BR3 lifebars. Been doing some 320x240 lifebar conversions to 640x480 too.

-Super Easy Input command files for characters
A while ago, I was creating command files that simplified the special move inputs ala SFxT Assist Gem; and was working on some for POTS Ryu, Kazuya and GokuZ2; I may get them up when I finish them or possibly when I do some more (as well as feedback)

-Virtua Fighter 2 stages
Released one from Sarah's stage, I got one made from Lau's and have to do the rest.

Frontend using Game Maker to expand MUGEN functions, like missions and unlockables; or even a arcade version. Something related to it is coming tomorrow as a surprise (and may not be because of all the reasons you expect but), so keep an eye around!

Got inspired yesterday, drawn some stuff with Paint Tool SAI, and with huge experimentation as well as live feedback from friends, I got this as a result.
These lifebars are currently being worked for 1.1, but I may port them to 1.0 once finished. The fonts in names are from the VF4 Evo lifebars and may or may not be placeholders (though currently it still also uses its Round animations, which I intend to change). The sound for a powerbar level charge is KOFXI's insert coin sound, and the announcer is from Bloody Roar 4. Hopefully I get to finish it and give a proper video preview as well as the download.

As I found out how simpler was to create fonts in 1.1 than 1.0, I decided to create a tutorial about how to create fonts easily for MUGEN 1.1 (For now any tutorials I make will mostly if not always cover 1.1 because of simplicity):

Wanted to make a non-video guide to save time and instead worked with text and images to explain quickly font creation. It also features a tool called Shoebox which is really useful for getting individual images out of a spritesheet; perfect for font creation.

Hello everyone! Just releasin here my Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution lifebars for MUGEN 1.1! It's 640x480 but I intend to make a 1280x720/Widescreen port in the future too. While it doesnt have animations for Roudn 6 or higher and Draw, as well as not having Simul/Team support yet; mostly everything is on place: Lifebars, Round/K.O./Win/Timeout animations and Announcer. It also includes a patch to make it use 2 winticks instead of 3 (and another one to revert the change). Enjoy!

Pretty much everything can be seen here (portraits and font names are still a placeholder from my BR3 lifebar), will put up a link when I get it mostly finished.
And BTW, Mugen 1.1 is WAY nicer to work with (importing sprites directly without indexing, and transparency support), so while I had started this one in 1.0 too, the current progress (and that Round/KO anims would look horrid in 1.0), this one's sticking to 1.1. I may also convert the BR3 lifebar to 1.1 after finishing it too.

Something I started working on yesterday. There's still some placeholders fonts, Fight and KO sprites, and it doesnt have Simul/Team yet, but it already got some stuff ready, custom portraits and announcer voice clips. Custom port slot is 9000,30, there's a template in the archive included.
