Change that value as your wish.

The archive Sff and the text inside the def. archive of your character have to be the same.

You can find this option in Mugen.cfg inside Data folder.

Well, would be nice if the complete roster is from the begining and not hidden. Akuma is already in the game, what about Vega (dictator) with SF2 sprites? What about Ex versions of some characters like Wolverine in MVC2?

Hello.

During the tournament sometimes we decide to have random stages, the problem is that sometimes we fight in the same stage twice or even more. Would be nice to have the random option but without the stages that already appeared.
