This image explains everything guys, I really wish the engine could give us the option to separate the stage selection screen and so on for animations, transitions and different sounds, I believe this could be a module. Sometimes we can be a little ambitious with ideas, but that's how it all comes true.

Another problem about the score result is the sound, is there a line to summon the sound for number count?

Sometimes it feels like no one has thought about this before, because you haven't asked this question anywhere.

Not all fighting games use colored bars with Rank letters for a score result, there are different concepts in each game, does anyone know how to do this?

I'd like a concept more similar to Street fighter with names and numbers instead of color bars.

Has anyone thought of the possibility of using the unotag patch on a character and taking the command lines from the file and defaulting to all characters in one test?

Let's imagine that we have a 3vs3 trio
Q/W swap characters with each other normally.

But the second character is called for a helper attack using b+y

The third character is called with c+z and also does his helper attack.

Let's imagine that this attack corresponds to animation 1000 and if you don't have it, you can create it.

And switches to a 1100 attack like anti-air if the opponent is in jump.

Using unotag in Simul mode in IKEMEN GO we can exchange and use normal helper attacks with up to 2 players, but the third enters together with the second because there is no separation of buttons.

Would it be possible to separate the third or fourth player by assigning other buttons and still take advantage of Unoshe's unotag tool?

I would like to switch with Q/W and call a helper attack with C+Z for the second player and B+Y for the third player using anim attack 1000 for example, does anyone know if this is possible?

Orochikyo's system does exactly what you want. If you had bothered to actually read the link provided you'd see how to define the states for switch-ins and assist specials.

They've made a separate striker system (for non-tag modes), but the one I linked is the tag system, in Ikemen you can set assists, team supers, snapbacks, variable cross, and a bunch of things that unotag can't even do, but allows you to simply toggle it to your needs.

The following are some of the options they've included in their code in their common.const file


Thank you guys! I will study more about this code calmly, Days ago i've thought it would be impossible to learn how to make cutscenes for Ikemen go, but now i got it, i just need to handle all this codes in my mind and everything will works right.

do you think is possible to use unotag with this engine and make battles between 3 vs 3 and able to do assist moves and get to change all the characters in a perfect tag system in MVC2?

Thanks, but this is not i what looking for yet.

MVC1 maybe i can change to adjust more suitable, but in the kof2000 striker is not what i have thought because i need i change where the partner makes a attack and we can change the characters during the fight too.

I'm looking for something like Unotag.

I created this topic to help other creators who like me are interested in using Tag Assist Moves, the Tag system already works perfectly in IKEMEN GO, but I'm referring to moves and hyper moves that we don't have a basic and facilitated tutorial where we can start and move forward knowing exactly what we're doing and where to add each line, with Unotag everything was very simple, but now it's another engine and we need to run after new tutorials.



ONLY EXAMPLES:

It would be great if developers could create something easy to customize and at the same time intuitive that everyone can change according to the style of assistance they prefer, as follows:

Thanks Gacel, i've learned how to put cutscenes, it has been a dream.

now i need to learn how to change the score result on lifebar

from color bars to that:

Score: 12080
life : 5200
time: 450
combo: 8


Add the option to put a voice for the characters on winner screen please and a sound provoking on versus screen too.

It would be wonderful if IKEMEN GO already had these functions or some of them that are more plausible, I'm a very hardworking creator and I research a lot even though I still don't know how to use LUA, and I always write down the functions that don't exist to suggest them.

1 - Color palette select and alt mode select on select screen
2 - TAG Mode with move assist and hyper assist linked with chain combo
3 - Stage select separated to select screen if you wish like that.
4 - character voice on versus screen and winner screen
5 - score result on winner screen
6 - score result on lifebar like that : Score: 00/ time: 00 / life:00/ vital 00 not only color bars.

With that the engine becomes perfect for me because it will only depend on the author's creativity.

I would really like to learn how to put a cutscene and customize the score result in lifebar as I want and not just with colored bars, and in the future I even intend to share my works, but I will be relentless with anyone who tries to take advantage of it to monetize the work.

These mugen vampires who use ads to earn from other people's work need to know that creators are not suckers.

Unfortunately, some creators who use the IKEMEN engine learn new techniques and functions and end up not revealing or sharing knowledge about it, this is because, in the hope of earning money on Youtube, they don't want IKEMEN to become something accessible, and some even encrypt folders for prevent them from finding out, this is ridiculous, we all know that it is not possible to make money with mugen and sooner or later everyone will know how to use this engine.

Hello Gacel!

I really wish there was a section explaining how to add cutscenes for IKEMEN, for example when i''ve won the third character a cutscene will appear and before the boss another cutscene must appear.

And I would like to know how I can change
a score result to numbers instead of color bars to show on lifebar after the round have been finished as below please:

LIFEBAR RANK SCORE RESULT

Is it possible put the Rank score result in lifebar like that?

Example:

Vital : 1558
time : 24110
score total : 130586


with sound of score result being counted as in street fighter 2 for example.
