Well yeah. I've never played a single game from the Blazblue series in the first place. However, I enjoy making characters. So It'd sound like a paradox when I decide to make characters based on BBTAG, although I'm using Dustloop and Meno's videos to help me. That's the reason why I appreciate every kind of feedbacks on my characters.

Ah, alright, i got you. Sounds pretty good.
And of course, it's not like anybody absolutely needs to play the source games
in order to make characters based off of them or to be fan of them.

In fact, I myself got into a lot of fighters/anime games like KOF, Blazblue, Melty Blood, & such
by watching clips of them on YouTube & reading up on their stories/lore
well before i actually played them.

Dustloop's a pretty cool place.
Though i don't really edit it that much,
i do contribute to it from time to time.

Though i don't think of heard of Meno before.
Is he a YouTuber?

I forgot to demonstrate his RD in the video actually ( my bad for this mistake ).  But since he was based on the BBTAG version like Hakumen and Hazama, I could guarantee that every moves of him is granted.
Also, the KOF XIII hitspark is the only thing that will appear when Seth KOing an enemy with his AH, for aesthetics. The ones that you saw in the video were my MUGEN's default hitsparks.

By the way- And i apologize if it sounds like i'm putting you on the spot,
that's not my intention at all-
-But i remember around the time Hakumen released
that you said you hadn't played any of the BB games (like Tag) around that time.

Is that still the case?
I'm still totally willing to help with any bug reports & moveser properties & stuff, of course.
I was just wondering about it.

I did point that out at the glitch, as I'm trying to make many characters face the opposite way (head facing Yamazaki's feet). Example Yamazaki himself and Demitri. I'll try to make a list of who lays down facing the opposite while others face laying belly side and I'll fix it from there.

But thank you for the solution to it. I'll put it in.

By the way, I was wondering:
do you have any plans to add Yamazaki's OTG stomp attack from RB2?
(It was also one of his EX mode's specials in 98UM, as well)

Good stuff, Knuckles.
Though i think Freak Out Fist throws the opponent in the wrong direction.
At least, that's what it did for me.
I fixed it by changing the VelSet from -6 to just 6.

l also have 1 copy compatibility suggestion and it's a special one.
l thought it would be pretty cool lf MissingNo (any version, like TheNone's version) gives Kirby a random ability rather than just one specific ability.

That sounds like a cool idea.

I'm making a separate EX Mode for him. Normal Mode (the Original version) is to stay the same for the most part.
You'll see I also made the Kohou (HP) 2 hits. I can't really change much with a lack of sprites (KOF Hien Shippukyaku for example).
Even with these limitations, it will have a few novel changes, so stay tuned.

I think you could probably kind of recreate KOF Hien Shippukyaku with the Hien Shippukyaku animation Mr. Fong's Ryo has
(though just changing the command to a HCB input would probably be fine enough).

I remember Viofitz did some extra sprites/animations for Ryo that aren't in Jmorph's & CrazyKoopa's.
I can send the spritesheet to you if you want.

Aoko better be in with her Mahou Tsukai No Yoru design.
She was my main MBAACC.

Since Tsukihime takes place after Mahoyo, she'll likely have something more towards her Tsukihime design.
But yeah, i hope they bring her back, too.

It's hard to tell at this point if the majority of the original Melty Blood roster will even come back in Lumina. Nasu has the habit of disconfirming characters if it doesn't fit the narrative (like how he ruled out Akiha and Shiki from being possible Servants in FGO since the Shiki and Akiha of the FGO timeline wouldn't be the same characters from the Tsukihime one). I mean for starters, the only reason a bunch of characters in the original Melty could even fight (Hisui, Kohaku, Miyako, etc.) was because of Wallachia's influence.

The only "new" character I see them adding to the game is that grey haired guy vampire guy with the sword you see in the opening of Remake, but even then I wouldn't be surprised if that's just Roa's new redesign. So unless they plan on making new OCs for Type Lumina, it's hard to gauge at this point like I said though they did say they were going to update and expand the current list of the 27 Dead Apostle Ancestors to make them more threatening considering enemies in other Type-Moon IPs like FGO make them look like shit.

Huh. I never knew about the dis-confirming narrative thing.
Although i've got a feeling that when/if this game gets an update/sequel or DLC,
they'll probably throw the narrative thing out the window
& have it be the post Tsukihime characters from previous MB games,
such as Sion, Riesbyfe, Ryougi, etc.

They did that with Dragon Ball FighterZ with the movie & GT characters,
& i think Fate Unlimited Codes did that too with some servants from Fate/Zero(?).

Got to have something to convince people to buy the DLC/update & keep the cash flowing, after all.

But ether way, it's great that Melty Blood is back for modern consoles.

The Shadow Lady thing is nothing serious. I just forgot to insert the normal .def into select.def.

The Gouha Ken sprites were originally used in PotS Shin Akuma for the Tenma Shurretou iirc.

EDIT: I think i found where the Gouha Ken sprites came from.
Mwryly's edit of POTS's Akuma & 1.8.7's beta edit of DivineWolf's Akuma has an MVC style multi-fireball super that uses a similar animation
for when he throws some of the fireballs.
