I mean because of multiple input reworks it's unusable by old means.
It's still there it's just completely inaccessible except if you edit the lua files, and it's very unstable.

so.... how do I get Player 3 and 4 to work now? Adding controls to config doesn't seem to work because I can't get Simul mode to use 2 vs 2 with 4 players to work now. Unless I have to use Tag mode but Tag is just changing characters during battle though. Unless it hasn't been implement yet since this is a new version with new codes?

It has not been implemented yet.

Unfortunately I can't run Ikemen GO on my Ubuntu Bionic Beaver I don't know why.

What type of error did you got?

The problem is that Localcoord needs 2 values and you used one.

A lot of people have tried to edit the lua files myself included, they are really not much that can be done with them.
There are a open source project that tries to replicate Mugen and adds features called Ikemen GO, although it run resources up to Mugen 1.1 it still has not perfect compatibility.

Also there there is Mugenhook, that hooks to MUGEN and adds features to Mugen like animated portraits.

Ikemen GO uses Mugen screen packs, it's just that has more [experimental] feature compare to the Mugen ones.
SSZ-Ikemen Plus uses his own screenpack format and can not be ported to Ikemen GO with ease.

So the best option is using Mugen screenpacks. (It support up to Mugen 1.1 screenpacks)
That said, screenpacks are the most unstable area of Ikemen GO and some could not work.

Yes, as it can at least partly run the same things as the original (characters that worked in MUGEN work here too, right?) and has roughly the same objective while being coded from scratch and in this case being more polished.

Colombia, 65 cases, 0 deaths, 0 autochthonous cases.
And they started to restrict international flights today.
And all the infected are completely isolated.

We have a little bit of paranoia but it's because we are a third world county and we have only a small number of medical facilities that can treat infected, the best we can do is having as little infected as posible so we can give them good treatment.

If I would know how the command parser works I'll have fixed the compatibility for it a long time ago.
The problem is.
I have absolutely no idea on how the input parser works. :S

If you use debug commands, it should reset. That's intentional.

The problem is that the stage comes in his own folder.
You have to put the stage ssf and def files inside the stage folder (Or edit select.def so it has the correct stage location)

About the Hori controller
So another GLFW bug again. I'll report it, to the GLFW team.

Rowen can you send the error log as text?

It's been a while. I ran a quick  test with Gacel's 0.9 fork:
- P2 can't skip intros.
- If P1 browses menu, P2 can't browse it anymore.
- P2 has no acess to arcade mode.
- Scale for stage preview isn't working.
- Color change for health gauge doesn't work (don't know if it was implemented in this fork though)

I was going to do some more tests but tried use chars from Rurouni Kenshin Soul and Sword and IKEMEN kept crashing with them.

About Kathos' fork: "Project not found or access denied."

The health gauge can change color?

Kyosuke by Kamekaze: Throw hitbox doesn't appear.

Mr. Karate by Kamekaze: Unable to combo into anything.

Akuma by Niitris: Projectiles don't disappear on hit so they continuously do damage until they leave the screen.

About the language choice, I'll be honest we have no idea.

In the original Ikemen. Suehiro (The creator of the engine) made a custom programing language to program Ikemen on it.
Then he did rewrite it in GO (Ikemen GO), a more normal language.

So there is not really a reason for the language choice.

In Ikemen GO most of the code is Object Oriented.
About Mugen code structure, we can not know it because it's is closed source and can not be decompiled.

MUGEN was originally created in Allegro in C, then migrated to SDL.
The reason why it looks like the backbone is C++ is because it was compiled using the Microsoft Visual C++ comipler. (Also compiles C)

Hello, I Just Joined MFG.
Apparently, Dolmexica Infinite has an Exclusive Mode that's Called "Credits" Mode.

Anyways, It's a mode that Shows the Character on the Cursor's Name (Not Display Name), Author, and Date.
Would you be Able to implement That Mode? Gacel or K4thos?

Maybe the implementation would not be the same but is a good idea.

Another similar suggestion. I think it would be great if [WinIcon] were separated by modes, mainly because of a 3x3 or 4x4 simul/tag. It can be complicated to adapt the lifebar design to these modes, otherwise it is not possible to have a good design for them.
I'll will implement it soon.

Also new update (Again!)
This time fixes how portaits handles on widescreen lifebars!

Also new folder structure.
Now scripts, icons, and shaders folders are subfolders of a new folder called "external".

Also while I was offline these days I made a new training stage: (Not included yet)

And lifebar, the lifebar will include support to all the new Ikemen features.
Like Score and 4vs4.

Still I will center on bugfixes.

Using Gacel build 0.84
The Linux build doesn't include an executable. I had to compile it myself.

The reason why it does not include is because the Docker image is missing "libglib2.0-dev"
"sqweek/dialog" uses "gio-2.0", "glib-2.0" and "gobject-2.0" included in the package.

I'm building a new Docker image with it fixed right now but it will take a while.

So I have not configured the AppVeyor bash script to include the shaders folder.
My fault.
I will fix it as fast as posible.

Also updated to include screenpack changes by MangeX to add K4thos stuff to it.
Now to fix macOS builds.

Gacel just released a new build with both K4thos and his code merged.

Expect some bugs but also new features.

BTW, no mac release yet(because of some troubles with dependencies), and the Linux build is missing the executable. I had to compile it myself from Github.
I have to add more dependencies (libglib2.0-dev) to the containers make it compile on linux
so it will be not ready until tomorrow. (Containers take a truckload of time to build)

So for now windows only.
Sorry for that.
