He's looking great. My only small issue is that I feel like his belt should move a little bit during his stance animation.
Other than that I really like the redesign

It looks great! I feel like the powerbar would probably look better on top of each other instead but that might be just me.
Cant wait to see everything in action along side the stages and the characters!
Also I really like the flag portrait for each character. Remind me of the capcom pro tour and since your game is about a world tournament it fits pretty well

She looks cool. I just hope that, balance wise, she is far from leroy and fahkuram. Its pretty crazy how the last 2 dlc were complete balance nightmare.

Was this ever posted? Its an old interview about CFAS from 2017. There info about the developpement of the game but also about how K from KOF was planned as a guest character.

Here the guest character silhouette.

They also mentionned how they were working on another fighting game before CFAS that also got cancelled. That game is most likely CVS3 which was cancelled before CFAS. Most asset used in CFAS were actually reused from CVS3 so it would have most likely been the case for K.

Im actually suprised I never noticed the guest talk in the interview lol.

Everything is looking great so far! Really excited to finally abstract asuka sprite being used!
For the rage bar I feel like something something similar to the vtrigger gauge in SFV would work. Something not to big that wont cover most powerbars

You can tell they're putting way more work and care into it. Diablo 2 is easily one of my favorite game ever and probably my most played game so this is amazing to see. Everything looks great so far. I cant believe il be able to play it on switch with the classic graphic lol
