Don't ever forget that I can put two characters in the same slot just like Kyo/Syo.

So Jae technically doesn't count, he's more of an 'option' than a character of his own. I did him out of curiosity, this Ikemen little thing is quite dope. It's like having a Smash echo fighter.
And that... I forgot, totally :D It's not like I dislike Jae as character, on contrary I like him, but taking slot(which isn't the case) and effort when there's is already Kim is what I didn't like. Ironically they are like Ryu and Ken pair when Jae is more fiery one. By previews I see they different, but it's hard to judge by those.
Also about scaling - interestingly they are 176 cm (5'9½") height and 78 kg (172 lbs) weight Kim Kahwan and 177 cm (5' 10") height, 72 kg (159 lbs) weight Jae Hoon, so in pixels they should be same height. And Jae is bit faster than father, yet Kim can kick bit harder.

Lots of characters, some I like, some I don't, but great choice for roster filling. As I said - adding Jae Hoon to roster with Kim Kaphwan is the choice I don't like as it feels redundant, either Jae Hoon and Dong Hwan or Kim Kaphwan and Jhun Hoon would be better choice. A lot of effort went in both character so I dunno, there's not much stuff to differentiate them. And second thing I don't like - Cody's knife system, never liked it and don't think it's needed here. Something like double down to equip/drop(still drop on hit) and replacing hurricane with knife throw when equipped feels more suiting.

Guess I'll be fully happy with NG side :D For Capcom side to not be only SF... Well, Final Fight is SF, but could be seen as separate entry, so Maki, Sodom, Rolento, etc. There're some versions of Regina from Dino Crisis, Warzard chars, few Rival Schools characters. From MvC helpers only Ton Pooh seems to fit for being not Marvel and not with big gun... Not much to choose from

Chars are probably even better now, after re-doing, but yeah, backups. Some goggle drive or mega is a must. Data loss crap happens way more often than anyone expect and always when expected the less.
That was, probably one-man-answer for all sword users from Capcom side :D Man, M.Bison looks dope as hell :thumbsup: Intriguing spoiler at the end, mmmmm... ;)

Liked previous one, with Akira reference, more, but man, you're on the roll! Characters are comming with great speed. Cool beans :thumbsup: But agreed with Mordecool - we need waifus! XD jk, but who would be against that?

Great, enjoying it, though found small bug - Ryu A+forward(palm strike) sprites are blue on any palette. (shouldn't even call it a bug, but still)
Played mostly with Samus and MegaMan and they play very satisfying :thumbsup:
Oh, and Metroid Trap super didn't show up as super finish for some reason... Probably because it was one of last hits that ended Mario's life

Same here, it's hard enough to choose from all those own characters so adding guests will make it even more complicated. Not to mention they'll take place of less popular, but maybe more interesting choices.
And I was thinking who interesting can be added. If Matrimelee counts, would be great to have Keith and Saizo, Olof is also cool. From Rage of the Dragons - Sonia, Alice and Pepe. I also like Bob Wilson from RBFF... From Last Blade my choice would be - Zantetsu and Setsuna.
If thinking of versus pairs - Benimaru vs Blanka, Mai vs Maki comes to mind and maybe Guy vs Eiji or Lyn.
Eh, there's just too many great characters... Can't put everyone in one game :D

And to be clear, I didn't requested those characters in previous comment, just was thinking who might be good to counter Capcom blade-users on NG side. I'm already satisfied enough with all mentioned roster, there won't be any gimme-gimme from me, rather I'd like to be surprised it's a part of fun

Hmmm, if anything - I'm against Viewtiful Joe because of style(personally I don't like chibies among normal proportioned characters it ruins game for me), maybe Dante or Zero? There are some version to choose from.
With all those guys with sharp thingies in their hands on Capcom side NG side needs countermeasures :D Ones comes to mind first, that have proper sprites are Haohmaru, Hibiki and Nakoruru, but I'd rather had Zantetsu, Setsuna or Yuki from Last Blade or Ukyo from SamSho, they are more interesting. Or Eiji isn't a bad choice either for countering one of new challengers.

On contrary I'm rather fed up with SF and most appreciated BBB characters there. Though you made SF ones feel fresh so that's all good too.
And well, nice new project! I like the system, should play nicely. Just hope you'll bring to the light less used characters from Capcom side as you have large selection. Won't turn it to request fest, though :D But you know, MvC helpers are now mugenized, etc.

Ahhh, I don't know, maybe Sakura will indeed have crazy effects, I don't know what to do about that yet! Ryu has electricity and Ken, fire!
Sakura have wind theme going in her moves, like her hadouken even had anti-air version in SFV and tatsumaki is all fluttery. So wind FX should suit her fine. Well, that and obvious cherry blossom theme so maybe pink petals?
