1. The Hitsounds are still too soft for my liking.
2. His Supers lack hitsparks/sounds.
3. No Portrait thing for his Level 3?
4. You can infinite HP, Power Charge and EX Power Wave. A suggestion would be enabling cornerpush on the latter, lessening the poweradd slightly and somehow making it only possible during Time Breaker.

5. Trinity Geyser should be 2p/3p to be consistent with his EX Supers.
Edit: Might I suggest a cancel-into variant for the Overhead Kick, that you could Air Cancel with? Would be hella stylish.
Another Edit: I'm also weirded out by the Roll command, especially since there's no equivalent for 2K. I'd prefer you use 2P/K for throws while LP+LK is the roll.
Time Breaker is definitely the interesting part about this char, it's a rad combo tool.
One suggestion for it would be giving it startup invincibility like PotS Custom Combo.
I wonder if your next guy will have this.
Feedback Time:
- Hitsparks could be bigger for specials and supers.
- Ryusenkyaku isn't an overhead? Not alot of purpose to it if it doesn't. Also why not give it the charged variant from SFV with plus frames?
- I may suggest adding Juggle Limits to specials as Light Shoryuken and Light Tatsumaki can cause infinites if they're repeated.
- Super Shinryuken is miles better than V-Trigger Shinryuken for the Power Cost because of the damage difference. One suggestion would be making VT Shinryuken launch a little at the end so you can juggle after it.
- No Guard Sound on Skuhachi.
The whole V thing just feels forced when he doesn't have a V-Gauge. I feel like Heat Rush would've been a more worthwhile V-Trigger.
I'm not too mad about the rest of him though, I like the fast Dodge Roll.
Update:
- V-Trigger Shinryuken lacks a fire sound.
- Shippu Jinrai Kyaku would be nice with the EX Tatsumaki Fire Spin FX for the Tatsu segment.
