also can you provide a simple explanation what was going on? just a general idea thanks

RootDist X !=0 triggers if the root is not at the exact same x-position as the helper character. Meaning that it was probably at the same x-position as the helper character (Iron Man) which is why it wouldn't work. i might be wrong though.

i figured it out. look for this state in statedef 3304.
Code: 
[state 1305, destroy]
type = Destroyself
trigger1 = animtime = 0
trigger2 = RootDist X != 0

Change it to this.

I fixed this issue myself a while back but dont remember how. but i have an idea on where to start.

Look for this state under Statedef 3344 and see if its there.

^This. They are so ingrained in their belief that they are so much smarter because they know the truth. Ignorance is bliss as they always say. So many of these people complain about wearing a mask but don't have a problem wearing clothes. The government says to wear clothes and they listen, but the second they say to wear a mask to protect others, they will go on about how their rights are being infringed upon. Its hypocrisy at its finest.

Why does EX Wind god fist have the slightly purple FX? Only Electric Wind God Fist had it to show that you pulled it off just like in SFXT.

EDIT: some other things i came across just playing around with him.

-Is E.W.G.F Disabled? i can not for the life of me pull it off. Either i go into demon god fist or just the regular wind god fist.

-It feels really odd to super cancel from Mist Step. Especially from trying to wave dash into say, Spinning demon. Instead i get Lightning Uppercut. i would remove super cancels from Mist Step.

Overall its a nice update to him. i'll post more if i find anything else.

Here is a quick update for this monster of a project.

It doesn't show everything. just the stuff i currently worked on. I have been mostly posting progress updates on the MFG discord as the response time for fixing issues i come across is Incredibly quick.

Also a reworked palette template will be coming soon so be prepared for that.

EDIT: Changed my request to something useful for iron mans gameplay.

Here is the sprites you can use from my current W.I.P version of iron man.

So i decided to do something a little different as i can try to make the hero landing myself using the sprites i have available to me. Now only 1 frame for the 8 way dash exists and it is this one made by Sky79.

Down Forward and down backward are very similar to forward and backward so just adjust those accordingly to fit their descending variants.
