That's weird, maybe there is a geoloc check to change the user experience.

I did my best to put the link. Use a garbage email if you need.
I didn't know that you have to be registered in order to download it. When I test to dl I don't need to have an account.
edit : I just tried it, and I don't need an account to dl. They indeed propose you to join, but you can refuse.

Stages : 10 stages available.
