Update Log 02/03/14:
a) Updated Mighty Spin Kick.
b) All supers can be done in air.
c) Added a new small portrait.
d) Added a new palette.
e) Added a new intro against Doremi, Blender and XJ9.
f) Added a move list (can be downloaded separately).
g) Updated Pikora and Hyoutantsugi.
Note: That character is based in the original Tetsuwan Atom series and not Astro Boy.
The original title translates to "Iron Arm Atom" and the translations made by Google Translator and others is false.
There are no interest of adding english voices for Uran and she is a treat for the fans of the original Tetsuwan Atom and not Astro Boy.

Since it "doesn't" exists a version of Dot Warner for M.U.G.E.N I'm trying my own version.

About Uran:
Uran is Atom's little sister from Tetsuwan Atom series.
This version of the character is based in her 1980 series.
As such, Uran doesn't have any of her brothers abilities in order to stay true to her original anime version.
Also, Uran have new abilities like understanding animals just like her 2003 version.

Story:
After learning of her brother's increassing populatity, Uran started to view Atom with much more respect.
However, people around her started to mock the little girl for not being advanced as her brother.
With her honor hurt, Uran decided to set in an adventure to prove that built-in weapons, jets and 100.000 horsepower
aren't everything for a robot.

As for basic moves I already considered:
a) Scratch: Dot will use hidden claws to scratch the enemy with her left hand.
b) Tail lash: Dot will use her tail to lash the p2 if close.
Special moves:
a) Teleport: Dot will teleport suddenly in order to surprise the p2.
b) Cute pose: Dot will make a cute pose and will counter anyone while posing.
c) Up and Down: Dot will throw a flower upward and depending of the button used, a anvil, fridge or a statue will fall in the enemy head.
d) Wanna see my pet: Depending of button used, Dot will summon a random pet which will strike the p2.
Supers:
a) Dynamite: Dot will stun the p2 and detonate him/sher with a dynamite.
b) Anvil rain: Several anvils will fall in the enemy head.
Dot may do a parody of Princess Comet while doing that move.
c) Slappy's bomb: Dot will stun the enemy and Slappy will appear leaving a bomb.
After it explodes, Slappy will do a close-up on screen saying "Now, that's comedy!"
d) Here's our Show Name-y: Dot will do her usual line during the lyrics of Animaniacs theme son and the logo "Animaniacs" will fall crushing the p2.

Not to sound rude, but why are you going against this character in simul mode? Simul is a broken glichfest anyway, so IMO there's no point in fixing that bug.
It was just a test to be sure if there was no glitches in that mode, so if somebody learn of it, then they may not add the Castle as a foe during simul arcade matches.
And all happens, because the Castle cannot be killed.
In note if you use team mode turns then your chances are very low since you cannot beat the stage at the very first round.
So, it means that it can be troublesome if the castle appears as the last foe in the turn based matches, specially if the player lost a couple of times and another defeat would result in game over/continue screen.
