^ wow, I bet it matches with your swastika avatar

btw,  I just watched
Ninja (2009) starring Scott Adkins
that was the true successor of ninja movie genre, great costume, great ninja battle, like 1000x better than michael dudikoff.
and the costume of the evil ninja was exceptionally cool.

I liked the symbol itself and decided to use it as my "X" after seeing it in the film and realized how beautiful a shape it was.

Not too long ago I was hearing a radio show about 11/11/11, they mentioned that numbers in themselves have power and that a lot of the world's leaders act on certain number of days in making their decisions.

Weird superstitions still play out in people's lives it seems  :o

MAX

A movie about a young Adolf Hitler who struggles to make it as an artist in Germany after the first world war. The clinch is that he's caught between an offer into politics and has to choose between Germany or an art career.

Depends where they're at. Austin's a pretty gay town.

That's precisely why Texans felt insecure enough about their sexuality to do that to someone who is a homosexual. Your comment to call Austin TX gay fueled that fear of homosexuals which eventually led to these guys doing something so horrible.

The reason stuff like this happens starts out of fear and ridicule. Had Texas been nurtured to accept differences in people with respect rather than lashing out at them THEN maybe, just maybe this sort of thing didn't need to happen.

This reminds me of the ol popular saying set out by neo parents who say "Do as I say, not as I do"

Which IMO is a poor example on raising your kids. Respect needs to be embraced by choice through proper guidance.

Take a moment to understand your neighbor and show him some compassion, he may just return the favor!

It's not about race or creed, even if this guy was a white supremacist his belief and respect for freedom would convince me to follow him through hell and back.

freedom is a precious thing.

One suggestion I would make is instead of a black outline on the sprites, make it with a shade darker of the color. For example in the first screen shot, for Peter's shirt, his shirt is white, the out line is a shade of gray. The pants are green, the outline is a slightly darker green. Same for the skin. You could even use those partcular colors.

Also you could make the stance accurate by tracing over a scaled screenshot of the show. That way you have perfect scaling and everything.

(btw, I hate Family Guy... ;P)

Same here, show sucks LOL  :sugoi:

jesus won't take human form and come quietly in his second coming, he will come with a bang as a full grown celestial being

You know you're right. Every weekend or so my grandfather and I smoke sheesha/hookah and we often have debates over religious views. I told him about this guy and he said he was a complete fraud for one reason only.

He said that the planet itself would have to be in tremendous peril, and the atmosphere completely weak. He described to me that the heaven themselves would appear as if they were falling, maybe some kind of natural disaster that envelops our world? he theorized maybe thousands of years into the future in his own opinion to cause the atmosphere to shatter.

Anyway

He said around that time the son of God would appear and take everyone up in a flash.

So I guess it's still too early for the son of god to come back.

On another similar subject, has anyone ever heard of Krishna? He supposedly talked about the trinity like Jesus, and did almost everything like him. The Hindu people say that their religion is far older than Christianity/Judaism and that their god is actually Krishna.

I think it's interesting enough to look into.

Really nice, personally though, and this is just preference, I don't like objects that can completely hide the characters.

Other than that though I like the mix of colors and back drops, they seem movie oriented somehow, like Highlander 2  :o

props on the style ;)

great, i am good with idea exchanging, I think our artwork kinda clashes so they probably won't fit so well but move ideas seem to be ideal for an X series development.

Quick point on the faster than light, which I know you're gonna spray acid on me for saying...

The ALIENS  ;D supposedly from the area 51 leaks say that it is possible to move objects with mass faster than the speed of light. Check out Robert Lazar who claimed he worked in S-4 a.k.a. area 51. He gives some interesting details on the project he worked on over there where they worked tirelessly to reverse engineer a flying saucer. He talks about an element that not from our planet but backs it's properties when he mentions another similar effect in another element that adds credibility to his claim if any at all.

Back to the electric thing apparently no one knew about  :P
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9X3cQbFcPNg

There are many vids on homemade ones that ordinary folks conjured. The energy crisis has literally all ready been solved, everything can run on this stuff with zero pollution.

There was even a board game called the Illuminati in 1995 made by some guy who predicted a bunch of stuff supposedly prior to the events years in advance of stuff that is to come; yep I was dumbfounded when i heard this to.

But behold the contraption

Nuclear Japan disaster

The 9/11 thing predicted by the cards

The cross he wears is a Coptic christian cross from what my grandpa told me, he told me that the Coptic Christians were the original christian establishment, way before the Roman Catholic. In their bible they have the story of Enoch, the whole alien abduction thing in the bible which has started the whole ancient alien theory by Eric Von Daniken.

@Byakko

Speed of light thing
http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2011/09/110923-neutrinos-speed-of-light-particles-cern-physics-einstein-science/

Says right there they still back Einstein instead  :P

Science is self correcting and is never wrong because of that. To correct something is part of science and they should acknowledge that there is a speed faster than light.

The cancer treament stuff (both sides to the claim)
http://sodiumbicarbonate.imva.info/
http://www.cancertreatmentwatch.org/reports/simoncini.shtml

That one up there is an interesting read, I heard about this guy on the radio and had callers call in and thank him for curing their cancer from self treatment. He went on to defend himself that the corporate drug companies found out and have tried to imprison him for his radical new practice on curing cancer!

However in the second article there is one that says he killed one patient who had the treatment. Though maybe it's better than chemo treatment by comparison? Who knows?

This other one was posted out here a while back, but guess what, no one is going to make it :p

Redo the sprite work on Stewie, his character demands that he be exactly like the show. He simply must have his overalls and small body. Throw me the sprite, maybe I can help get you started?

I had to make him a bit bigger, because it doesn't look right when someone punches the air above someone's head and the person gets a bloody nose. lol

And as for the outfit: I wanted a more unique look to Stewie.

there are plenty of small characters that you can't punch and  are limited to kicks , and crouching to attack.  so he's right most of us won't dl  a stewie like this

Yeah but instead of punches he could swing a bat to reach opponents, and he could fly around on a jet pack to to bring him to height at par with other opponents.

Bart by Warner turned out pretty good. Stewie should be a breeze.

Well by all means show me the source of my claims that are false Byakko, not attacking you there pal, just correct my claims if you want to correct me on something.
