- if I get hit while doing F,b (but maybe with other basics too) sound 5,10 plays (the one used in the super); was it intended as a counter indicator? I'm asking this because in the old version this never happened and also because this wasn't listed in the readme nor in the changes you listed.
Feedback:
- debug flood while pressing y (the taunt doesn't exist anymore );
- the new added attack (jumping, button a) uses default hitsounds and guardsounds, the red CLSN is too big and generally it seems rushed;
- ah, you changed the combo #14.
- If you hit the enemy with the GRAB attack (D, DB, B, a) and jump over him the enemy won't be able to move; in the old version this didn't happen;
- the first hit of Kick.x8 uses two delayed hitsounds;
- you can't hit the enemy with Light Grenade at point blank (close to the enemy);
- the elbow dash (F,F,a) had a better impact in the older version; in this new version it feels so quick and not very strong;
- the second hit of Flying Kick.X2 hits twice (delete the red CLSN in the 10th frame):
- even if the second kick of Flying Kick.X2 doesn't hit, the explod will still appear;
- Kick.x8 uses the voice clip "Time to finish you off" too many times; just once will suffice;
- Big Piccolo (the big foot) doesn't have shadow;
- after the Special Beam Cannon, there's a frame in which he isn't there, there's no Piccolo; this was also in the old version;
- you got rid of all the labels/words and capsules for the supers, except for Regeneration; in my opinion it was better before: it was also nice to see the three red capsules that served as a timer for the Big Piccolo supermove;
- speaking of words, the word Regeneration is always positioned in the same place, regardless of being for p1 or p2; so, if you are p1 it's positioned under your lifebar, if you're p2 it's always positioned under p1's lifebar, while it should stay under p2's lifebar;
- only with WinMugen, if I crouch Piccolo disappears;

A good surprise !!! This char is SUPER (good AI, effects...)
His F+A>F+A>F+B chain links back into itself, and can be looped until you reach the corner, which will take at least long enough for some very serious damage to be done. Fix this, please. Also, ground recovery is missing sprites.*Endless ->A,A,->B combo loop fixed.

When hitting the wall, you made the opponent use a non required animation, which makes it display some odd sprite with some opponents. Test on Shin Gouki by POTS to see a Kanji appear.

-Taunt button only plays soundclips while Piccolo just stands there.Its fun no?. If you dont like "taunt" name just call it with other name. Is fun for me generate a random voice like "Is will be easy!" or "Come on!" while fighting .... or in midle combo.
-Block button? Why?1.- Because in a lot bad code chars just I want walk back and my Piccolo change state to "GUARD"; I h8 this. This is beacuse "GUARDDIST" is poorly coded in those chars.
-Supers need Super BGsSpecial beam cannon have a Super BG. I think supers dont need more super Bgs.
-His win pose where a portrait of the DB cast appears looks very out of place IMOI like it. If more people say the same i can change it but for now... If you dont like this win pose comment please.

I found nothing wrong with this last update, everything is working flawlessly from what I saw.
Can't wait to see how the AI will look like, and which sort of combos he'll perform. I can't wait to see his new moves either. Just make sure they don't clutter his gameplay too much, because a char is better when it doesn't have too many moves, maybe consider different modes if he starts having too many moves.
