If I may make another suggestion, please do remember how POTS handled the normal/evil balance with Ryu. Evil Ryu may have had more moves, but he also lost a few and had stat changes. I just don't think Violent Ken should be regular Ken with more moves (which is part of what bugged me a lot about Hero's V Ken).
I don't understand what are you saying about hero's V ken but I understand what your saying about ryu's balance and all that stuff.
It concerned me about Ryu lvl2.

My mugen character ssj5 goku, vegetto, and one of those 2 character has mugen characer selecting errors.
Once I select my favorite character, And The KFM, character the error approached. And that error was not from KFM its from my favorite character what I just selected. Sorry guys but I don't know how to picture that screen, but please give me the link and I will show it to you what the error is.

I deleted the first mugen right, so when I did my other mugen got deleted, WHAT IS GOING ON MY CHARACTERS ARE ALL GONE, 
man i just whant my characters back and my mugen stoled them all.
