You need to download a software called Fighter Factory. This is a mugen character editor and will allow you to insert the sprites (as pcx or png files) and create the SFF file, together with all the other file formats used in mugen.

Emm, evidente vivo en España así que uno lo saca de cabeza de primeras que el Castellano es Nativo (Aunque no del todo pero bueno. y eso me refiero a la provincia pero bueno vivo en Alicante,Alicante por suerte ando libre del Valenciano de cierta forma de empresa para pagar cosas, trabajar y demás cosas. Xd)

Macho, el problema es que no se te entiende ni un carajo lo que escribes. Y no me sirve el rollo de que si vives en una zona con lenguas co-oficiales. La expresión escrita no tiene nada que ver con el número de idiomas o lenguas que hables, domines o siquiera tengas conocimiento.

Yo, y fue el paso de la version 0101 a la 0627, que cambiaron la sintaxis y jodieron todos los personajes existentes. La gente tuvo que parchear todos sus personajes usando tools que dejaban los personajes llenos de bugs, a menos que fueran reprogramados correctamente.

you need to add !ailevel or Ailevel=0 to every human controlled commands, otherwise the AI will access both the AI-only and the Human-only

Pretty suspicious that all his facts are either "sources that do not want to be named" or unfounded information with no citations

However, the article is quite correct until they mention Capcom. From that point, everything is made up. And trust me, I've been involved in mugen for more than 20 years so I know an additional fact or two than the author of that article

Mugen uses its own "scripting" language and has no real similarity to another programming language.
However, the fundamentals of how a fighting game works inside (animation frames, hitboxes, projectiles, throws, etc...) are the same in any other language or engine.

You will need to identify the states of the helpers (clones) and then add a hitoverride so they can go to a specific state when being hit.

If you don't know how to code helpers or coding in general, I would not recommend changing these characters, because it could create bugs such as clones floating in the air or staying idle in the stage.

The bars are coded as either Helper or Explod, or both, depending on what you want to achieve or interact with.
As there's no universal code for that, it's up to the coder on how to create them.
My advice is that you look into characters that have custom bars, and look at their code to see how they are made, and try to replicate the same structure, at least while you are still learning

They are either badly indexed and/or placed in the wrong place in the SFF (only for really old characters)
