Just like Splinter, this is a tough one. I think 4 is the best i made. You're the man and you may choose what you like.

Updated Rocksteady Open Source.

-Now added Machinegun attack QCF + any Punch or Hold Any 2 Punches.
-Also added Tomahawk Throw Hold HP+HK
-Shoulder Charge is QCF + LK
-Added Grenade at QCF + MK or QCF + HK

Hey guys I've decided to publicly share the progress for Rocksteady now. He's got a few basic attacks, and most of his gethits but I ran into trouble with getting his palette working properly. Hopefully somebody out there wants to complete the character and do a full release one day. I included a spritesheet, Sound file & alternate palettes if you can get them to work and be applied to the character properly. Rocksteady Open Source is GO!
