LOL at that charged punch and the hideous ranged face-chain grab to million-spin toss.
Now when she puts her own head the ground, why she gets another head back immediatly? Looks kinda wierd best way would be to have her NOT go back to stance until that head is destroyed. Or just Use transparency on the head and make it look like a energy based head.

Whoa, Richter, and Simon huh? Great, It had to be on the damned Nintendo Console. Why don't fighting games on PS4/Xbox ever put these guys in?
Wanted to see Cloud, Simon, Richter, in MvC Infinite.. or Tekken, M.K, KOF.. such a shame it had to be on Switch, Sony could've picked up Bayonetta as well..
Regardless, Im impressed with this, well we don't need Mugen anymore..

The hair is fine. The proportions off on the legs; her calf's are too thiccc, and because of that she looks like a midget.  Also her thighs can probably use less thicccckness. She-Hulk is a tall gal, :muttrox:

That move looks strong, but probably  looks wierd as a launcher.
You can try this: have Ryu launch with the first part of his axe kick(2hit Str.K). It will be vertical though
kinda like Kim(KOF)

Mule kick? you mean this?

I would just have the opponent pop-off the ground after that one. It will also be  mid-attack, so block high.

So basically a very Long counter stance.. , which is a broken mechanic. Yours is a mvc hybrid, so it's alright for mvc games.. maybe.

With that said, how about
   He releases the attack based on when you press attack. But no auto attack. That's just cheap. So basically he is armored for 1 physical attack.
2.Have him take  projectile hits while normal(he loses hp) but in V-Trigger, he aborbs basic projectiles or 0 damage, or even deflection (ok im stepping out of line here)
3. Should be combo'd into, it's the way of the Satsui No Hado. (Ex. 60 normal hits > Hadoken x10 > V-skill) The V-skill cancel should expend meter, IF combo'd into.
4. Have him weak to low hits,
5. Related to #2. Have him miss projectiles if you dash cancel out
6. Have opponents bleed through their intestines after that punch, then you may finish him off. :muttrox:

Your second version is a lot better. The first  23seconds of the tune, it sounds horrid. why? because of those wack sound effects which gives it a childish feel, and takes away the eerie feel completely.  Your second version is better. :muttrox:

Yeah,  agreed with you on gameplay wise. Either way, Running him over with Blue Falcon can kill Commando, unless he's blocked by Baby. Well at that rate, Falcon is fighting against 2.

Not bad,  Shangs got his snake pose, awsome.  :mcbuttrox: Some problems I see:

* Damage is too low, Especially the uppercuts
* Needs more voices. Come on, even MK has unique voices now, no reason Cage should sound like some chump. So does By-Han,.. can't believe he sounds like that. Mk9 voices bro Mk9...
*Nerf BY-HAN, asap. This guy's always stuupid cheap.  The projectile: slow the start-up, too fast as it is.

Other than that, this is a rock solid game, MK team, this is for you.
