Just give them the title of being married but not the benefits of a procreating couple.
:omg:
That's just plainly stupid, and that achieves nothing even for you.

So give tax exemptions and the like for homosexual marrages? Or was that supposed to mean something else? Elaborate...

if one of the couple gets sick and is hospitalized, only the family is allowed to visit, marriage means you are now legal family.
If he takes insurance, it covers the spouse.
If one of them dies , the house they lived in, if it was in his name, goes suddenly to his family and not to the spouse, meaning that most of the times they lose everything they own and their lover.

i thought he was refering to that fact that they cannot have children of their own.

so you dont believe that you can have a long committed relationship with someone unless you marry them? ive already seen 2 evidences against that and so far they are not failing. the couples are living like they were married but their not.

i dnt think marriage is necessary to hold down a committed relationship. my friends parents never married and they have been together for years and had 5 children. it also makes it easier if the couple decide to split, No divorce no legal bullshit

Although I won't deny the possibility that environment may have something to do with it, it still just happens.

the attraction itself just happens, yes and i guess your right i cannot choose to change that attraction i can only choose to help change it.

you man, we're not mentally retarded. There is a complete difference between a condition and a preference. You can't just change a vegetarian to eat meat can't you? It's the same thing with us.

your completely misreading me. that whole conditioning quote was to back up my idea of becoming gay f i wanted to. plus since when does conditioning mean your mentally retarded?

about the vegetarian thing. my friend chose to stop eating meat and dairy after he had done some research but even now and again he has craving for meat. it just depends on how that lifestyle was decided

On "choosing" : you "choose" to sleep with women because you like sleeping with women more than sleeping with men. But when did you "choose" that you liked sleeping with women more than sleeping with men ? When did you "choose" that it felt better ? When did you decide that you were more attracted toward women than with men ? You feel that women are more beautiful than men and that sleeping with women feels better, but then what about women, why did they choose the exact opposite of you ? You decided it did not feel right to get something shoved up your ass, but what about women who like having men do just that to them ?
When did you decide that it felt better to eat fries than to eat cabbage ?
you don't "choose". It just happens.

i'll admit this is a good point
but are we all not of age where we can now choose? if i wanted to i could be gay tomoro right?

Bias case may be different and i dont know how that turned out. But let me hyposthesis on it. Bia probably had no luck with women or felt that there was no attraction toward women or probably had a bad experience with women. some factor caused bia to think that maybe he should try dating men but at that point he still had a choice and that was to let that factor determine whether he would date men or women. either give in or fight.

I think the whole bunch of you are confusing Homosexuals (persons who are sexually attracted to persons of the same sex) with homosexual acts (if PDA, oral, intercourse, etc).

i thank you for saying this because i think this is what i should have mentioned when i first started. I am disgusted by the Acts/sexual preference not the person.

WTF? Did you consciously and willingly choose your sexual orientation? Because no one does. It is pretty much like picking your (race+culture).

at the time of growing up i didnt choose, no. but i am choosing now and right now im choosing to stay heterosexual.
i would probably think that everyone grows to be taught to attract women and at some point some people choose not to follow this.

If those persons were able to choose who to fuck with, why wouldnt they be choosing to just have sex with women then? After all, it would be way easier for them, they would avoid being raped by macho men that hate gay men and avoid beatings being hated and discriminated, so why do you even think they can "PICK" ?

Just because its not at the surface of the skin doesnt make it less of a issue that is the same as racism.

You got the right to be racist all you want, does that means its right?
they arent choosing women because they want to fuck with men  Duh! its not about the discrimination its about what they want and what they think is right for them and they just so happen to choose that sleeping with men is one of them. if they slept with women because of hate and blah blah they would be denying their desires.

Someone once told me that he thinks everyone is racist whether or not they are open about it. I would find it very hard to believe that there is one person out that doesnt have a racist thought at one time in their life.
Everyone has different opinions on racism, personally i dnt like it. but this whole right and wrong thing varies person to person. whose to say whats right and whats wrong?

what is so wrong with rejecting the fact that a man wants to fuck another another man? why do i want to see it from his point of view? to me its disgusting. i dont need to be open minded about this because its a choice of life and im living mine differently.

and iced you cant compare race with sexual choice. people can choose to sleep with whom they want but they cannot choose the skin colour they are born with. plus its whole different discussion on a different level to this one.

I am against man on man so just leave it at that

listen im gonna say it for the last time and waste no more time talking about homos.
a person has rights to say and think and feel how they want right? i already know and accept this.
so what ever they want to do in their time is their choice and my choice is that i dislike the idea of homosexuality but if a person wants to conform in that go right ahead, i will probably hate you for it but thats not to say i cant get along with that person. i'll just keep in mind that hes/shes gay.

why are you asking me a woman question ive given my opinion as a male on something related to the opposite sex. how the heck am i gonna know how a woman feels. i think we have to many smart asses in this forum tryin to look way to cool for the sake of a computer screen. But i already knew someone like byakko would ask a question like that.
