Really cool! (Your work and the CPS3 injection)

Especially when now we're getting more and more SF3 spriters w/ Masterkof's project - "easy" 3D model -> 2D sprite + manual adjustments/spriting and a modded SF3 could be a possibility.

Yeah, why would you need MORE frames for SF3? :D

That being said, awesome project.
Do you plan on "fixing" sprites after the 3D renderings by hand?

I like to think that:

Ryu +Satsui no Hadou = (Normal) Evil Ryu
Ryu + Satsui no Hadou + Psycho Power (M.Bison brainwashing) = Reu's Evil Ryu
Ryu + Complete Satsui no Hadou = Kage
Ryu + Mu no Ken = Master Ryu/Shin Ryu/Awakened Ryu

Ken + Psycho Power = Violent Ken
Ken + Satsui no Hadou (and psycho power?) = Reu's Evil Ken
Ken + Mu no Ken = Master Ken

The new studio is quite buggy. It crashes a crap ton when you copy paste lines of code randomly, crashes on a few other things. Ive experienced something where it would leave lines of phantom code. I'd reccomend switching back to regular fighter factory for now.

Regular Fighter Factory as in the 2010 version? Or do you mean an earlier version of FF3?

I'm having huge problems with the software, as in I can not edit any of the text based files (DEF, CNS, CMD) as it just freezes when I select the tab. I can right-click and it brings up the hover-menu, but anything else is unclickable and I can just click on another non-text based tab (Sprites, Anim etc.). Also, the SND tab makes it freeze. What gives?

I'm using Windows 10 64bit. I tried it with the 32bit version + different compatibility modes, but it just freezes.

Just one question: How is it better than just using the animation feature in GraphicsGale? That way you don't have to do a timeline.

I understand If you just don't want to share it but I still don't know how it's bad for OP to have it. if he's collecting old versions for fun, for whatever reason that may be (to check the code etc.), then there's surely no harm. As if Elecbyte cared that a 17 year old piece of software was shared. Best of luck, I hope you find its somewhere.

I'm still not satisfied with the hands and face. Also, the skin shadow might be too blueish. What do you think?

For now it looks rather sketchy.
Size and proportions look pretty good (maybe he's a bit to big) but you should focus on the shading. There's a lot of space for improvement in that matter.
You can take a look at Omega eFeX's sprite and use it as a reference.

Yes, they look rather awesome, although maybe you should improve the chest area. Looks like he has a little too much "muscle" in there. Maybe just make the lightest shade bigger, (or reduce the size of the shadow a bit??)
