For those who haven't seen our latest Twitter posts, we're announcing the addition of two new characters, marking the first time in over 4 years that a new character (besides Meimu) was added to the playable roster:

In addition to resident Training mode punching bag Tenshi finally getting a promotion to actual playable character, Sumireko (whose stage is already in the game) will also be joining the cast, bringing the total roster size up from 30 to 32.

Download link is the same, but we've included two patch versions: FOR v3.0.2 is for the majority of you who have been running v3.0.2, while FOR V3.0.1 is for anyone who hasn't already updated their game from v3.0.1 to v3.0.2.

The only thing larger than this guy's vocabulary is his ego.

That being said, here's my thoughts on the original debate regarding unmade characters; if you want them that badly, you need to take steps to make it happen. You think I made Nitori just by sitting on an internet forum complaining about why nobody is making $900-$1200 worth of sprites for a video game character that has been around since 2007?

For those who haven't already heard, Capcom recently updated their policy regarding fan content utilizing their IP (which is mainly directed at videos & gameplay footage, but can apply to other areas as well):

https://www.capcom.com/video-policy/

Needless to say, quite a bit of the wording of their new policy seems to contradict their long held stance towards fan content, especially Mugen content using their IP, to which they had previously given the "okay" almost 2 decades ago. How will this new stance affect our community, if at all?
