I lol'ed at Ryu's 2-hit "knockdown." I immediately thought of a broken Mugen Ryu that did that once.
Boxer's Ultra should just do stun to everyone like Alex's Super. I also saw the fully charged Denjin blocked as well.
After looking at more nerfs for Akuma...I really hope for:
Shin Akuma
Super - Messatsu Gou Hado (+Air)
Ultra I - Messatsu Gou Shoryuu
Ultra II - Misogi
