I notice both sides are missing important information for everyone reading this topic so,

Here's something that must be stated:

To those who accuse Rei of *selling* others' work - I admit, I have been blindsighted by this statement as this does come off looking shady, but given that JZ's first post shows that he only takes money to run his channel and fix equipment, as well as the fact that the download isn't paywalled so I am unsure of how the content is being monetized,  when one can access without paying Rei directly, thus despite the perceived shadiness, I still think this act falls under donations.

Secondly, I must over stand that I have no loyalty to any party, I only state facts,  so being a member here for years,  reading forum posts and also a watcher of YT videos: I noticed in one of the videos, how Rei mentioned how he was racially discriminated and profiled by some guild members, (don't remember specific ones through it's been awhile, he did mention JZ's name,) but I would like to know more about this.

Edit: addendum - I do not believe he should be passing off others' work as his own and I believe he should have credited all authors and most importantly separate the game from any type or financial benefits.

Plus, what explicit purpose does the leaks serve? I still confused on the purpose.

It proved that GameFreak lied about not porting over reused models and overall consensus that they put in next-to-no effort to make the game.

One thing you could try is to use Xpadder to map the keyboard to your controller.

Lag may possibly vary tho.

Combining MMX with a metroidvania is a refreshing idea its sad to hear it didn't work in zx as those are literally the only other ones I haven't tried.

I love the X series in general, even the 3D ones :D

this is all reminding me way to much Germany circa the 1930's.
It shouldn't because it's a completely different situation. Germany went into that willingly because they were being crushed by actual problems and an agonizing economy and society (as the consequence of a war that they also caused, sure, but still). This should remind you of every other dictatorship that at first pretends to be a democracy, like some that pop up somewhere in the Middle East or in the middle of Africa or Latin America, or Russia (except less smart), which isn't that much better, but there's less risk that they'll start physically invade everyone around them for a long time, just shoot them down if they try to come in.
But yeah, calling the current administration stormtroopers is close enough. And it's close enough to Nazis in general because apparently they're "good people".

What's the most mind-numbing is that a lot of Republican representatives on every level have completely stopped pretending to care about democracy. Some of them in Congress or whatever try to show up from time to time on TV saying "this time he's gone too far" on a regular basis but still without doing anything about it, they just let it roll and see if it can't work out for them as long as possible for some reason. That's the problem with people who keep going either "sure you won, but you still have to work with us and we'll scream if you don't !" or "we won, so you shut up now, we're not working with you, you're working with us !" no matter where things go.

"they were being crushed by actual problems and an agonizing economy and society" - We have: police killings, crowd shooter violence, opioid crises, home market failings, to name a few on a long list. It's not accurate because at least Germany didn't have as many issues, but there is a definite percentage of people who are willingly accepting this behavior

America is no longer a democracy.

Can't recall any DBZ fighting game (Or similar to that genre) where they were absent since the Budokai era anyway, with the exception of Super Dragon Ball Z which was quite an odd game when it came to the roster. Anyone who legitimately thought they weren't going to be part of this game is a dumbass really.

Extreme Butoden was missing a lot of older playable characters (mainly as assists) and that was the last main 2D fighter (Also by ArcSys). It's not too unreasonable to debate their inclusion as playable in a title like this, especially when they could've included all the OP characters, but given popularity of these characters, Super in general and this game's reception/overall design, the debate of their inclusion as playable characters is harmless at most.

Roster at this point if anything is going to be full of surprises if anything is to be indicated by who we currently have to play as judging by their roster-picking strategy (good, fan-serviced picks), comparable to another fighting game crossover's roster (pick what sells and whatever the hell is left)

Music and aesthetics aside, what makes Light an interesting character is how he deals with holding the power of the death note along with his overarching God complex. That part is the largely unchanged "tried and true" I took from that trailer.

But yeah, I somehow do get the feeling they're gonna get a lot of mileage off of the death scenes over the actual plot, which itself can be reflective of values in American society...

So, good job?

Hey bro, I'm reading this right now, and I know how you feel; mainly because I've been battling with a similar fate within my household as well.

I just worked with my whole family this past weekend to finally clean out our garage, which has been cluttered so many years; the last time we parked a car in there, I was about 5 (currently 24).

All I can say bro isn't "Don't worry", but don't continually focus on the negative task at hand; don't even "think it over". Just begin work, and move on, without thinking of repercussion or consequence. Me and my cousin began working on the clutter on impulse, and  from experience, that's the best way I've overcome fear and anxiety as well as procrastination.  And if you can't make the moves you want (because most issues realistically are money-based), start prepping somewhere else, get a head start.

I know that depression is a real issue, and sometimes our relationships with others and even our surroundings are consumed by it (to this day me and my brother believe there is a spirit of depression and ruin that keeps the house in this condition). Depression is difficult to talk about with people who do not have it, and even though I am better now, I suffered from it a lot early in life and still do. My best advice is to find that motivator, no matter how small, and keep that motivation strong.

I hope this helps you as a person speaking from a very similar and fresh position.

^Crazy right? Someone Black AND Muslim? Case closed everyone, go home.

Maybe some of them have no idea what they're doing and are actually scared shitless that they're gonna get shot. So they shoot first, because they don't know what's happening, they have no training on how to handle what they don't know, and they don't know the responsibilities of having a gun.
Or in the case of Titiln's link, after they shot the guy twice and he went down, they could see his hands, and he was still moving, but instead of moving in to restrain him, they just went "fuck it, let's finish him off and make sure he's dead".

If they're scared shitless, chances are, they don't need to be on the force. Hmmm.

(Sorry, a long post...)

Once again, do not misconstrue, there is no doubt ISIS, this and interchangeable hate crimes are as compatible as a pair of tube socks.

Guild, please hear me, I am not here to argue, but to discuss as peers this which affects us all in the family of humankind.

While many may believe this was just another killing in the name of the Islamic State, there is a lot more gray area to why situations like these are becoming more common in America, the land where I am from. This topic is not an easy one to discuss, but I am from a place where those from the Middle East find refuge when the ISlamic state have forcibly entered their homes. And as we know, despite their "welcome", not everyone will accept Arab immigrants here (But there are people who do!). That is no different from the many LGBT members who were lost over that same mentaility to, crazy enough, an Arab man. All I am saying is that the energies, even the negative ones we have toward this man AND his own, are being only directed at the forefront of the action time and time again.

Yes, the shooter pledged allegiance, his motives parallel that of ISIS but like many before him that have tried, was raised on American soil. Many of you also know that ISIS/Islamic State does NOT share all their beliefs with other Muslim groups. There is a schism in the middle east not that much different from what you mention about changing American values, Silentripper.

ISIS is a product of America's intervention with the Middle East in Iran, as well as the Conflict with Palestine and Israel, and a few others that aren't necessary to this conversation.

There is one fact to the ISIS debate that should end it: That man was an American Terrorist, born on American soil, with Islamic Extremist religious beliefs.

Where I'm from, a lot of this information is not common, as scary as it is, but America's government has done a lot of unnecessary damage in the middle east. Those people from the middle east who had children, but no home came to America. Their children had children, and holding true to their religious belief, followed through with a cause that existed before we were even born.

This is just one of the inadvertent consequences of our government meddling.

Once again, not much to debate, but there are deep roots of historical conquest behind more than his motives.

There are even talks of Gun Control after this happened, ANOTHER hot topic in our media. And you know what? I am so tired of people being distracted by things that have nothing to do with the conflict, but it can't be helped; our media effectively programs our thought patterns.

So, instead of bringing up ISIS, Gun Control or even any more of my history excerpt, lets focus in on the real issue:

The lawmakers/leaders in our country. Yes, the whole reason this happened was not intentionally planned (outside of the killer's own plans), but it was allowed under legislation that are weak enough to affect topics that CAUSE but DO NOT warrant riots. These topics? Gun violence, Gender Equality, Race, Religion and Homeland Terrorism/Terrorism. ISIS is undeserving of all the upset and downright shame that has come from this.

So as to not sound like a hypocrite, to the LGBT community worldwide I offer this message: Fight.

Keep fighting back.

In a time like none other, you have to defend yourself when no one else will. You have to be able to  fight for your life, even when your own COUNTRY won't and they're the ones in the wrong! You have to fight even if you don't think you have the will to, you fight for a better future. Fight for the human right to live; but most importantly, you must fight to see the change. You cannot beg your oppressor for freedom. You have learn to fight with more than fists, and when to use them.

In a country like the United States, it is not out of place to use self-defense, you must use the freedoms you still have, while you have them!

Do what you must, then die. That's how it is.

And to those who think ISIS is solely responsible, should look at the history of our nation's foreign affairs that go deeper than this incident. The problem is with America, and ISIS is just one of the thorns on the vine.

Edit: @Jmorphman, thank you for that video *hugs*

Quantitative reasoning doesn't change the conversation, it makes the current conversation a stronger one.

My point doesn't change the source of the violence, either.  Do not dissect my post to one sentence, please.

First off my condolences go to everyone involved in the terrible incident, but after finally caving and looking at some of these reports on this, and talking with some of my colleagues, I will say The media is going to great lengths to paint this scenario with misinformation and insensitivity.

The fact that journalists and news reporters choose to target the issue at Islam instead of for what it really is, a HATE CRIME (As a Black person who has studied my country's own history, I know a hate crime when I see it.) proves this point, despite ISIS not claiming responsibility.

I also found this floating around social networking, which also proves a powerful point in our never was really that "great" nation;

hopefully this does not confuse anyone for me taking away from the tragedy, but, to show that many are misinformed over the root of this issue, which is our government, who acts too late on these issues time and time again when it is not a background that does not reflect the "majority".

I think I also read somewhere that they also opened up a new studio in Nigeria. I'm not sure if that cuts on the losses of closing down eight studios in a year though.

I think Laura's alt is sexy. Sexy, is not the same as being sexual. I think some people are confusing her with the latter.

Sexy, as in holding the qualities of being appealing visually. If it were sexual...you know the rest. Her alt is at most full of sex appeal, but to my understanding of Brazil, they embrace that in their culture, but it is still not the same as being sexual, which is oriented to sex acts (doing the nasty, if you will).  In no way or form do I see Laura about to offer Ken a bj or something wild like in a doujin. You can clearly see her behavior as she's meant to be ingame. Flirty, confident in herself and in her body; which is why it strikes me odd when I see some people calling her slutty, like she's loaning her body out. Do slutty girls dress in a reveling way? Yeah. Does EVERY GIRL who dresses revealing have to be a slut? Incorrect.

I believe this is a common misconception in the American values and beliefs system, because we are not comfortable with sexuality, so we overcensor. The issue I find here, is that despite our "American values",  our OWN media is littered with sex, so for them to censor a game (that wasn't made by America), Capcom was doing so under pressure of past censorships (DOA) and fear of the game being killed by the media, and we all know that has to do with this false brand of gaming journalism that is hurting ALL journalism with it's misdirection; yes the one we ALL know.

Me personally, I am comfortable with my sexuality and my tastes. Not everyone will be open to that, but being the International icon that is Street Fighter, this is not a game for just anyone, but it also isn't for everyone. In short, not everyone will see eye to eye with you, and if people at least knew that, we'd have far less disagreements.

Now the buttslap is just silly c'mon.
