I tried something.... really dumb, and here's the results. I tried my BEST to make sense of the skin colors, I swear, MK sprites make me go fucking crazy. Anyways, I hope this is worth it. So does it work? if so, I can make a better template in the future, but here's this currently.
Fair warning: You MAY notice a sort of "mark" where his stomach is, below one of his arms. I have NO idea what that is either, it's not part of anything he has (not the arms, not the belt, just there). These sprites honestly have weird messes I don't understand either, so sorry in advance about that.
Ok so... I always wanted to make an MK char, right? But sprite wise, I reaaaally don't have a lot to work with unless I say fuck it and use the original digitized style. So i ask... ya'll ok with it? With this, I don't have to just be stuck making Sean Altly ninjas. It also allows me to be more open with char possibilities.
Here's some rough ideas I did for the homie jax.

Goals/Hope I guess: - Some cool juggles with dial-a-combos into specials - good damage - Solid mix of MK-esq stuff in anime/traditional fighter format - Using whatever new assets brought by crazy Mugen MK ppl - Decent pressure, but open if not careful
Quirks n shit: - Jabs work like Old MK - Close range normals allow MK3 like dial-a-combos - Neutral j. LK is a different normal. On hit or block, you can immediately cancel to your dial-a-combo
Specials: - Ground pound special (ground) (an otg) - Air grab special (air ok) (can start combos) - Superman punch special (ground) - MK2 Special (the projectile out of his arms) (air ok) - blockable CMD grab (GOTCHYA!) (ground) (combo ender)
V ACT (Hot Arms from MK 11) - Does his pose and sparks fly off the hands. - Allows the following: - More dmg on punch related moves (+15 dmg universally) - more hitstun/juggle potential on punch related moves (+5 frames universally) - New special (the robo arms special from 3d mk games) (Light = Stun? | Heavy = Wallbounce?) - Punches are more plus on block(?) - His MK3 Missile super shoots 2 instead of one
Supers: - MK3 Missle (1 without V-Act) (lvl.1) - MK2 head Smash (short range but unblockable with stun) (lvl.1) (crushing blow/Xray effect maybe?) - MK3 Giant Steps (Step + Shockwave hit) (lvl.3) - MK3 CHOP CHOP Fatality (lvl.3?)
Don't worry, Sonic will happen first. I was sick so couldn't really do a lot. I just gotta do his level 3 supers, new sounds, and color separate him. Oh, and uhh... test him some more..
