Oh, no, I'm not expecting it whatsoever.  That'd be too good to hope for.

I'm just saying it's the best outcome we could get if the remaining Smash DLC includes a Pokemon rep.

Also I don't particularly think they care much about number of reps per generation, as much as it would soothe our need to neatly categorize the roster like by needing one of each starter typing and such.  We have how many Kanto folks in here now?  Jigglypuff is legit there just for original anime season representation and Ultimate's rule of returning everyone.

Well something like what he's saying with infinite changestate loops would crash mugen. I haven't been able to replicate it myself, though I haven't tried too hard either. I'll keep trying though when I get the chance to. Also no problem, appreciate the support.

Oh yeah, I definitely downloaded her again after hearing that, and thanks for another update as well. I still have to test her out though, but will give feedback when I do, which will be later today.

I just gave a good 1-2 hour run with Scorpion though, and he's amazing. Like I said in the Sub-Zero thread, the positives FAR outweigh the negatives, if you can even call them that. With that said, here's all I got for Scorpion...

I already made a CvS2 Kotaro months ago... (unreleased)... she's easy for the most part to make. I think the thing you may struggle with is the lack of attacks and the lack of variety when it comes to supers. I had custom sprites made for my Kotaro so she has more stuff like medium kicks, extra special, supers, and more intros.

^ I don't know about a new Pokemon to promote the new remakes.  For all intents and purposes Lucario is the Gen 4 pick and he's already in.

Twins are ok.  Mythra I can see performing way better in competitive than Pyra, but both are proned to being gimped.

IMO, they feel more like they're designed to be played in tandem from the get-go.  It's not like Melee where you're either playing as Zelda or playing as Sheik; to get the most out of them you should be playing both.  Fight with Mythra, kill with Pyra.

Outstanding job with him man, he's fricken awesome! He plays extremely good, and I love everything that you've done with him. He needs a little more to him to be on par with your Scorpion, but so far he is really fun and coming along really good. If I wrote all the positives, everything below would be 2-4 times bigger in size. But as for feedback/suggestions, reference spoiler.

Yes! When you use Rage Explosion it will rage you one last time but the rage system will be gone for the rest of the match.

Yup yup, the meter is tied to the system, the option disables the system entirely. However, you can get rid of the bar while keeping everything else by adjusting the other 2 var values and setting the meter offscreen.

I have no idea what either one of you are talking about.

The projectile is too low???  That is impossible.  The only way you can make that happen is if you increased the scale with CNS, then decreased size with localcoord.  DO NOT DO THAT.

Only use localcoord to change the scale.  If you want the character to be half the size, you double the localcoord.  localcoord = 640,480 is half size character.

Do not chnage anything else.  Do not use CNS scaling.  Definitely do not use CNS scaling and localcoord together unless you are ready for a huge project.

Balance? Who the fuck cares about balancing a legendary? Besides, if they want the Pokemon to not be too powerful, then maybe don't give him ridiculous stats?

Huh, I guess stupid realization, I just never bothered to look into Regigigas much deeper after everyone realized how much it sucks early on.  I didn't think Neutralizing Gas would work with it?  I thought Slow Start had to complete its full 5 turn run to restore its stats, removing the ability would just leave it at half capacity for the rest of the fight.

Idk why yall in here hating on the Chae Lim the sprite work aint the best but its pretty good he was wrong for not giving credit to the coders for using their template but the sprites are cool yea they could be a lot better maybe he will update them who knows

regigigas would be pretty centralizing without SS in gen 8 ubers. for that matter, slaking would also definitely be in ubers as well.

While I would be frankly annoyed with a gen 8 pokemon showing up, now that we've moved past that and the Next Big Thing to promote is returning to gen 4, I would genuinely be very excited and quite grateful if we got Cynthia and Garchomp, an actual great Pokemon character with history and one of the most popular actual pokemon monsters as well to boot.

Not that I'm going to give myself false hope, but now is legit the best opportunity for such an inclusion, and I would imagine would be a fairly welcome one.  The Pokemon roster generally doesn't fall into the swordfighter trope of being too similar no matter what they do, a Garchomp to play as simply wouldn't play like Charizard, Mewtwo, Lucario, or any of the rest in there.  Also that brings another boss-type character to the roster, if not a "villain" per say.

I will never get the point of abilities like those. If Regigigas had Skill Swap, Slow Start would actually make him a good counter to fast physical attackers, but no, it exists literally to be a long ass hindrance to the Pokemon. Abilities should be a way to give different interesting strengths to Pokemon, not to be a "you're useless" tag.

Thanks for the quick fixes.

Granted I am not very active in the discord but I do pay attention to the forum all the time.

I can see why it was  a diffcult desicion, both bars are good, but if I had to pick one, I would go with the one on the video because its slicker and not as chunky.
This is an insaneeee nitpick though its also great to see you still updating and working on stuff.

Looking forward to anything you start working on.
