I remember getting the biggest headache when doing the Battle Cry 2 bars, and I fucked them up anyway.

Eh not a problem. All it needs to do is resize the versus logo, adjust the big portraits position and voila!

i DL it but it doesn't work. Pls someone upload this enigma screenpack with mugen application. Because i do not know how to fix it without mugen application. Thank you. Sorry hope you guys understand im new in Mugen WORLD. :|

You place the Enigma850 folder in data and then edit your motif line in your mugen.cfg to
motif = data/Enigma850/system.def

So I made this because I wanted to good 640x480 screenpack which holds around 35-50~ characters and had custom portraits which were easy to make. I couldn't find anything I liked so I edited this. I was just going to keep this around for myself but Lith said that I might as well share it

Huge bump. Released a portrait pack for Watta's custom version of the screenpack. I also tweaked the victory screen a bit so that the winquotes will properly wrap around the width of the the orange box.

Here are some screenshots (just notice some of them have 'white outline syndrome.' Will get fixed sometime later.):
