-From all the future character projects, which you cannot do because of a lack sprites, which are the 3 characters you want to do most? And only choose from 3 different characters (just in case you want to fill the third, second and first place with Mature only).
-From all the franchises you are a fan of, you only created characters and had plans for characters from Capcom and SNK games only. Is it because of a lack of sprites, or do you just think that PotS style wont fit a comic character or...let's say, a Gundam character?
-What was the hardest thing for you to code into a character, which you actually have not decided to shitcan (just in case there were cases, where you gave up coding something because it gave you too much trouble), and why was it so hard to code it?

- Blue Mary (and since this is a dream scenario, an entire set of M. Spider get hits and the other special get hits would be made for all existing CvS2 characters), Alex, and of course Mature
- It's a combo of both, lack of sprites and I personally wouldn't want to make a Marvel char in that style because it'd feel like a downgrade to me and they're superheroes and stuff, they should be doing crazy shit. Same deal sorta for Gundam characters (the robots themselves, at least), they're giant robots, I think that necessitates a different system than one developed out of SF/KOF games.
- I have no idea, I don't really recall anything being hard to code, exactly. Not in the same way that actual, real programming can be. Maybe something like Chun-Li's Shadow Lady palette stuff, especially the Mystique stuff. But I wouldn't call that hard, per se, just time consuming and complex? I dunno.

having received clarification I will attempt this again.

So, might as well go with something that hasn't been adapted yet. Why not Legion of Superheroes? Try and make it a GotG clone, like what DC is probably going to try and do with it. Set it in the present, remove the thematic aspects of it being set in the future where everything's basically great, that type of Star Trek utopia where there's still problems but where things have basically been sorted out and our worst moments are behind us, strip all of that out. Strip out them being motivated by Superman, and the other superheroes of the past, strip out the idea that it is because of those superheroes that we have a utopian future. Strip out every interesting nuance from the characters, make the 3 founders just a random collection of 20 somethings that form the group just because, make Brainiac 5 actually the original Brainiac but reformed for some reason, and not green, and Matter Eater Lad and Bouncing Boy don't exist because they're "too silly"

and actually you know what, I'm just gonna stop this here. This isn't all that interesting, and I can't come up with some diabolically dumb version of a Legion movie. There's examples that exist in the real world already of superhero adaptations that completely and utterly misunderstand the character and story of what they're adapting. There's your Man of Steels, your Amazing Spider-Mans, your Fantastic Fours. I can't come up with things that are worse than any of those.

- OK this is gonna be fun, epseically for people who haven't read Final Crisis. Here's my headcanon: that the DC universe as we know it ended after Final Crisis (wherein Superman made a wish using the Miracle Machine for a "happy ending"), which not only fixed the total universal collapse that was depicted in the comics, but also removed the Monitor's influence over the DC universe (and the Monitors of course in that story represented editorial influence and bad writing on the DC universe as a whole, and both that interpretation of what the Monitors are and them being removed from influencing the universe are actually from Final Crisis too, I'm not making that stuff up!), and thus shuffled the DC universe out of the reach of DC Comics the company; that all the comics being published going forward from Final Crisis were depicting a shitty copy of the "real" DC universe, a remnant of a Miracle Machine's wish (save for certain titles like Batwoman and Blue Beetle and stuff, which still were windows on what was happening in the real DC universe). The DC universe that got merged with Wildstorm and Vertigo and rebooted was just that shitty copy, and the real universe is still out there in the Bleed, living out its happy ending.

- the sprites are all in pieces and put together ingame, and the rips aren't the best, and also it's pretty weird to have mobile suits in a fighting game at all (except for G Gundam), like they're these big human-shaped tanks that spend most of their time shooting each other with guns but here they fighting one on one in a ring and like literally punching each other only pulling out their guns occasionally? But more seriously I dunno I just like doing my thing, I've got a lot of people just from Capcom and SNK I want to make still before I could consider doing Gundam stuff. But like if Bright Noa sprites fell into my lap magically then who knows!
