Hi, i am a newbie, lurking in this forum for a while, and getting help for my Mugen in silence for some time.

This forum is indeed very helpful, as most of my problems can be solved by reading threads here. But there is one problem i cant find how to solve, so i need the help of this forum then. :)

I have a Mai Shiranui character by KoopaKoot. And i would like to simple tweak some of the commands he used. Normally most of the characters i tweak are fine except this character.

She has 3 super moves, and i wanna put all of them on the button z with different directional inputs. One of them is already in button z, so problem solved for that. As for the other 2, which is in x+y and a+b, i changed to z, but it cant be executed, only executing a knockdown. Then i tried the button c, and it worked. So i dont know why it cant work on button z?

BTW, button z is a knockdown move. button c is a roll move. Typical KOF design.

Please help. :(

Oh, and a new update, i remove knockdown command on button z, so button z has no commands now, and it works.

But i wanna have button z as a knockdown and available for special inputs. Please help.:(

It's most likely that the knockdown move is listed higher then the supers in the CMD.

The CMD has a priority where it reads moves from the top down.

so if you have "z" and then "D,DF,F+Z" after it it will read z first when you push the button and do that instead.

make sure to have more complicated commands above less complicated ones.

Do you mean in the Command file or state file?

If you meant command file, my Z is below my D,DF,F, Z

EDIT: OH, I THINK I KNOW WHAT YOU MEANT, LET ME TRY IT AGAIN.

Oh thank you so so so much Whiplash. Learnt something today. Deepest gratitude.
