Character Select Screen Problem

I downloaded a screenpack and the screen is a tad messed up.
Could someone tell me if its possible to make it fill up the window?

That would be because you're using Hi Res/MUGEN Plus, and the screenpack is for lo-res MUGEN.  As to how to fix it, it would require editing the entire screenpack.

Ok, thanks a ton. I feel like a big noob now.
Guess Ill download regular MUGEN then.

Or, from the screen cap, could edit the system.def?  Fight.def?  Whichever contains the roster data.  While not necessarily hard, it is a trial and error process.

In system.def there is a section for the character select screen. I don't know much about editing though.

You can more or less double the values and such.  Like I said, Trial and Error.
