well umm... you see im getting pretty bored just using mugens systems and stuff (that includes add-ons) i mean mugen still awesome its just i wanted to write my own system for mugen, not messing around the old system. the problem is i dont know the code is there somewhere i can learin it?

I think you mean screenpack. If so, then it would probably be best to just edit the original Mugen screenpack. This may involve finding and reading more than one Mugen tutorial, since there's really no "how to create a screenpack" tutorial that I have seen. The default Mugen screenpack has instructions included inside the files, just open them in a txt editor like Word or Notepad. Also read just about everything in the "docs" folder.
