Anyone knows if there's a balanced Chuck Norris out there? I just found one in Mugen Archive that is a Reiji Oyama headswap, and a cancelled versiok by Jessica Smoke.

I would first like to bring up that we have the "does this exist" thread, which covers stuff that does not have a specific name or author tied to it, alongside things that people are uncertain about existing

But outside of that, I dont know if youre referring to the "version select" wing usually has at the beginning of matches or actual in-game transformations, but if it's the former then probably the closest youre going to get would be karmacharmeleon's capcom vs snk-inspired rugal, which has modes for regular rugal, omega rugal (composite of the 98 and 2002 incarnations), and god rugal, but as separate def files that work with the same set of files despite all playing like different characters.

Don drago also has classic SNK bosses, like geese and goenitz, with multiple modes that actually can be selected at the start of a match, and while his versions actually are based on KoF gameplay, he did not make a rugal in a similar fashion.

No, he doesn't exist. The Rugal you talked about is exclusive for that fullgame and wasn't released (or leaked and adapted) outside that game and less work on normal MUGEN if you extract it from the game.

Now, if you want a Rugal with many modes, I suggest you to look up @ndroide's Rugal (any of them) that has different versions of Rugal in one character, but you've to choose any of them in DEF. Good luck finding it, maybe you can take a look on MFFA collections or something

Does anyone know of any Joker from Batman that is not an MvC playstyle, and preferably not CvS/Pots styled?

Similarly, I also wanted to ask, is there any more non MvC playstyle edits for any of DDR's characters except Popeye?
