Reminds me of the Sanctuary from Soul Calibur III.

It's from Soul Calibur.
The BG image was already used by Black Dahlia Isis in a private stage I keep posting screenshots of.
And this very same stage was created by Kronos2 years ago, but less crisp.

No i said i would release my last stage which i just did and then chill. So technically I didn't lie
