You'll need an emulator for the system (console) you want
Some emulators, depending on the platform, let you disable some layers, so you see only the sprites you want onscreen
Take a screenshot

If the emulator doesn't have such a function, you'll probably need to learn how to use some tool like ArtMoney, or do the screenshots and clean them by hand.

.... Google ? Readme ? Click on all the buttons until you see somthing you can guess what it is ? This isn't the right forum for these questions. See the forum of the emulator's homepage.

well try going to the shared sprites section in the forums and if you would like to rip sprites, it depends on wich emulator you would like to rip the sprites from.If its something like nulldc were you would like to rip some cvs yun sprites then you would have to take a picture of each sprite (ingame) and clean it with psp or photoshop or even ms paint. There MAY be a software that makes sprite ripping easier for certain emulators but i am not aware of them so i guess thats it..
