HELP!

What are some free programs I can use to create palettes?

I use paint shop pro 6. Gimp is free if I remember right

I guess thats all the help we get but I think a video will show you how to make a palette on gimp and you will see if its easy or not.

You got a reply within SEVEN minutes and you're complaining about a lack of help? Just wait, we don't get paid for this and if there is anything extra to add or expand on someone will do so. You can't expect an instant response for every question dude.

I realize that..Its just that 28 people read my Project Iceman  topic and only 1 replied of the 28 with a non helpful suggestion to my question.

The only real advice you can give a beginner is read the docs, keep back ups, and edit kfm. If you mess something up, you can always change it back. There are character creation tutorials all over the place

Oh and you count in the views thing also. Just so you know

Just because 28 people read it, doesn't mean 28 people know the answer to your question. Be patient.

And the person who suggested you programs was very helpful. Either pay for Paintshop or Photoshop, use Fighter Factory (not recommended), or use Gimp and find out if it's just as good as the other expensive programs for yourself.
