image problem

Hey,I have downloaded cvs ken by gargoyle and every time i do something with him he turns green,only when i'm not pressing anything He looks normal.Can this be fixed?

Hmm... that sounds like a palette problem to me, can you specify some more details? Mugen version you play and if you have any editing tool such as MCM or Fighter factory so you can fix it?

I'm using winmugen plus and I don't have any tools.

Well... I don't know about that creator, but anyways, where did you get that char? maybe you should try to find a better version, made by someone else, or by the same creator but already fixed...
if you still want to fix it you'll have to download at least Mugen Character Maker
then... I guess you'll have to check if the sprites have shared palette... that's what I think...

It does have shared palettes,Do i just uncheck it?

Well, all the sprites have it checked? if not which ones don't? besides can you explain what you mean with "he turns green"? any screen shots would be great!
EDIT
Ah I just remembered, is there any file with ACT extension within this char's folder? Or any subfolder  with such files?

all the sprites have it checked,there are several .act files.By he turns green I mean he just becomes a silhouette of ken colored green,with no details.

EDIT:It seems i missed one,the last one doesn't have it checked,it's the portrait

seems like the creator of the char did something else.
how do sprites look? do they look "correctly"?.
EDIT
No problem about the portrait I guess... if it's the big portrait it should be that way

... know at least how to upload photos? You need that, taking a screen shot is quite easy, just find the "print SCReen" button in your keyboard...

open MS paint, paste the screen shot and save it as JPG, then you must upload it...
besides of that... is there any readme file? have you read it? there's always important information such as how to do the char's moves ,"special features" "easter eggs"and stuff like that.
