Need Some Conversion Help!

Ok, so today I plan on finally getting WinMugen running. I have about 100 characters I used to use in DOSMugen about 4 years ago. Needless to say I will probably have to convert a majority of them using Dos2Win and CharSFF. So, my question then, since I know I won't understand anything the readme's say:

How do I use Dos2Win and CharSFF? Feel free to explain it in the simplest terms, as I'm not that great with understanding computers and such. Many thanks!

Put these files into the folder of the char and run dos2win, sounds crazy but anyway xD

So I extract all the files, including Dos2Win.exe, into each character folder I want to update? And then I just run the executable? And I guess its the same procedure for CharSFF? Many thanks, I really appreciate the help!

Don't forget to always right click on the character's folder and uncheck the read only properties before running Dos2Win. When that is checked it could block some of the program's features and some SFFs could still come a bit bad.
