Problem with characer select

This is the second screenpack I've had where the character select screen is screwed up. I figured there is something I need to change in the actual settings. I have a screenshot, here http://yfrog.com/0gbrokenbrokej , any help or pointers would be appreciated. Thanks

you have winmugen plus
that is a low res screenpack wich means its incompatible with mugeplus BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
there is a hi res patch for that screenpack wich makes it compatible with mugenplus, try searching the forums for it
