I love retro art like this...its soooo bad that its good.

I actually think the box art for the first is pretty good. Better than the JP one, even. Sure, they might've gotten the color of Axel's clothing wrong, and they gave Blaze a completely different outfit, and Adam isn't there, but it presents what the game is about better than the Japanese box art:

You get that you are gonna fight the dudes at the bottom from this, possibly in the city. But the overseas art has two people actually fighting some crazy dudes on a city street engulfed in chaos. The latter is more accurate to the game, I think.

And the US/EU one is just better drawn, IMO

Composition-wise, Anatomy-wise, Action-wise....it just destroys the other one. I wouldn't dare call it bad art.

I have a question... what's up with bronies? I watched two episodes of the show, and Honestly I thought one part of it was funny! every brony says that they watch it for the humor. But like I said I saw one part that was humorous... I don't understand. can someone shed some light?

PREVIOUSLY ON THIS THREAD

I started Perler and got swamped with requests from friends. I finished Link, the Megaman sprite, and the Scott Pilgrim one is on hold while I fucking SPECIAL ORDER TAN COLOR from the official site (hey, it'll come in handy anyway).

So I tried to make Charizard, spent days making it, and then... well let's just say I ran into a glitch in the process and it ruined my save file.

I was grossly unprepared to deal with a project that required 6 interlocking boards and lots of small parts, so when it came time to iron it, it basically fell apart and became impossible to fix. So I threw it out, cried a little, and made Moosh from Oracle of Seasons and called it a night.

Then I made Missingno to post on Facebook.

And now I have another reason to hate Charizard. The others, if you're curious are: overrated, loses half of its health switching in on Stealth Rock, cannot take hits at all, and it's juat a horrible Pokemon in general.

The only good side is that if I see a Charizard on my opponent's Team Preview, I know I will win the match.

When you get right down to it, it's for the same reasons anybody watches any show:  they watched it and saw something they like.  Some people really enjoy the writing and the characters, others are impressed by the production quality, etc.  The only difference is that guys aren't typically "supposed to" like a show like MLP, so everybody thinks its weird when they do.

Ah, MissingNo.  I became a legend back in grade school for actually catching one in my Red version.  This rumor got around that catching a MissingNo would make your Game Boy explode and all of my friends were to scared to try.
