Some of you might know of the Mattew LASTNAME mugen character...
yes, that retard was supposed to be me...
seeing my mistake (finally)
I'm going to show the guild what I can really do...
I literially making myself as a character by recording me in real life.
So,
as usual, I'm going to keep to the origanal, and still edit Kung Fu Man Capcom styled (Yes, i actually have permission to edit this time)
I'm using popular sounds from characters that sound the same.
I'm actually going to try this time.
So someone won't nominate me as worse character of the year *cough* *cough*AnthonyGamer*cough* *cough*
Mainly, I want to apologize to the guild for being a dick in the past, and this character will say it.

Here's the storyline:
When the tourniment called MUGEN opened, a young fighter named Matthew LASTNAME wanted to joing the brawl, but instead the members quickly sorted him of as "retarded" and a "n00b"
All of the other fighter laughed and made fun of him for being so crapply drawn...
Angry and full of hate, he left the tourniment...
He trained with a martial arts master for three years...
during that time, Matt's master was murdered...
Matt returned to the MUGEN tourniment to settle his score with the other fighters and kill the one named Gouki...
And a mysterious girl has been following him... yet, doesn't even know her...

Well yah he's going to have some new stuff...
like I'm giving him some street fighter moves (Super Shoryuken)

I'm adding more effects like fire (form MvC2 Ken)
and
some special intros against my other characters (Matt, Shadow Matt, and Matt Clones...)

The sounds are taken from various characters that sort of sound the same...
He'll have 2-3 intros/2-3 winposes

i wasn't here when you did it , but i'm sure, your sorry everyone does something that everyone looks down upon once in their life be it in present time, it can be over the internet(which is just as moral, as real life,or should be to you), so i'm not sure what you di and how, and i'm also not sure, if it was just peopled hated your work or you did something horrible, but, know that, forgiveness, and exceptence, is done by, me, and eveyone should try to accept it.

Stuff like @ndroide Rugal , which he didnt even bothered changing the def file. When caught he would go like "OOPS THIS IS THE TRUE LINK NOT THAT ONE I PUT THAT AS A MISTAKE!"
Then he acted as if it was HIS brother doing all of that.

wow that is bad, weeeellllll.... i don't have anythng else to say to actions like that other than what  already said, thats, inhuman, inmoral,and against, (my religion<----just joking),

i just hope he can keep his word and not do that again, thats a shame but i have forgiveness none the less, a secon chance is what we all ned or somethings,
