Hmm, Matt, I think it looks good, but the left facing arm looks a bit large and misshapen; It seems to go from shoulder to a curved point. It may need a tiny bit of shaving down and lengthening towards the right. I'm not sure if that made sense.

Can't say exactly.
Try to pick color set from existing CVS sprites

I recomand to give more contrast in his hair and skin colors.

Ok. but what about this one?

The hair only has one color. Also, the skin colors look blotchy and too blended.

Same with the clothing. The sprite needs more contrast.

Animation's still a little jumpy, but it's probably because of the way it is looped.

The shading is funky on his leg. Also, the pants...SVC shading much? Same goes for his tape, particularly on his legs.
