Trouble with Hyper state

I was wondering where would a Hyper state be?

What i am trying to do is add in my effect for the Melty Blood effect. The hyper portrait.

In which section would i place the code in? THe CMD (the joystick icon) or The CNS part?

Once More whats a Good Example Of how a Hyper state code lwould look In general?

Just trying to get an idea of somethin to feed off of

You have a helper, or an explod and you call it in the hyper attack state. It shows up on screen in some manner, does it's thing and vanishes. Helper is probably more controllable than explod though.

im sorry to sound like a total noob (which i am at this point lol). But i know what a Helper and Explode is (btw thanks for the tip)
But are those two things what you call a Hyper state is what you are telling me? Im trying to pin point that and acknowledge what that code may look like in an example actually.

Is that something i add in the CNS part? or the CMD part is what im wondering...

Your .cmd sends you to the .cns, you do things in the .cns. The CMD is (for your purposes right now) just a repository for your commands, that's it. Don't try and do more with it just yet.
