I say you should bring it back. Would help make release/projects threads look nicer and be more convenient/accessible to the viewer.

Hardly. A music board with a thread dedicated for users to post music videos using youtube tags seems extremely fitting. It's not like any other board other than Watch utilizes it anyway (unless some admin uses their special privileges for their own posts).

I stand by Val's choice of segregating youtube videos, even though it does contradict my self-title.

Okay, yeah, I think it should go in the music section, but only because it's a slow section.

I'm just afraid of the revenue it might get, and the added suggestions of adding youtube abilities in other sections.

I understand, but the problem is that sometimes we wanna show a video progress of a char, and a plain link don't gets too much attention. you could, for example, unlock it just for the release and projects sections, not for all the foruns if this sounds dangerous.

So long as the embedded video won't play on page load it's fine anywhere (to me).

Most of the mods that don't already have Public Staff access are part of the request forum.  That's not official, just guessing.
