I tried uploading four different avatars but they were too large?  1) 125X125, 2) 125X125, 3) 100X140 (rajaa's size), 4) 120X100.

This has happened several times in the past. What gives?

there is a trick to upload any avatar size you want, but that's a secret  ;)

try refreshing because the icon for the board shows up here

the pic was kept in the cache and the position was changed to the icon's which wouldn't show up if you had the old pic with a blank area

The reason I change to batman is because my uploaded one disappeared. I thought using external would keep the problem from happening. It doesn't.

I right-clicked on your avatar, copy/paste the link and pulled it up. Then I clicked the back button in the browser and suddenly your avatar showed up in the boards.

It disappeared when I refreshed. :S Yeah, I wonder...

I was looking at this and thought, can you make it so that threads with "spoiler" in the title don't show up in any latest posts feature?  Would avoid spoilering every single post.
