LMAO! That's some funny stuff right there. I like it. That guy did some nice VA'ing. Anyway, here's a bit of feedback...

-His German Suplex slam looks kinda weird for P2. First they're facing him, then they just turn to face away from him, with no real transition in Vegeta's state/anim. A lot of chars that have this type of slam, with no switching side transition, usually just have the foe facing away from them as soon as it starts. Chars that come to mind are Charlie, Guile, and Cammy. Though Cammy has a side transition when getting behind the foe to slam them.

-Feels like Ariel Galick Gun should OTG... But, you may have restricted this due to possible overpowering damage combos.

I really like him overall. Goku as well. Once again great job and thanks.

The only thing i'm not fond of is that if vegeta gets hits when charging, his voice still lingers, you might want to add a stopsnd for that.

He has custom English voice acting. Just check the config file.

again! awesome char the only thing i would say is that the jap voice is a bit to low... it's a bit hard to listen to it sometimes.... besides that it's really fun to play with him!! :D
