 --; I dont think I ever announced that my first real project would be madam foster, but now I am :D
and look - she walks! Also I know the hair (and everything els) could use some work, in due time!

Updates;

Her walk and death are ok, might just elminate the arms and make that her stance (I'll think of something special for the walk) I've got her crouch.. if thats how you spell it, down. Because shes SO short and would be impossibile for her to stand and kick, her kicks shall be replaced with special "Kane" attacks  (as seen in refrence pichure) but will still include a special areial kick, just because?

I still havent any idea on intro and winning poses, nor specials. If you do have idea PLEASE POST THEM.

lol you don't know who's madam foster, she's from foster sumthing forgot the tv show but anyway good char , hillarious as well, lol can't wait to see madam foster fight keep it running man.

Looks good.

Maybe make her arms move a little or maybe her eyes looking around.

Her left arm thumb(?) looks a big bigger compared to her right.

Maybe..I saw other chars from that cartoon? right or wrong?

Thats her, and yea - I'll mess around with the walk animation.. I'm gonna have to do some special effect for the punches and kicks because shes so short.

use more colors for the eyes (and glasses?) so they look round, that's the only ugly thing there, the rest can wait but i don't think the eyes should.

Walk updated, maybe not for the better - but updated. UPDATED AGAIN - She was walking a tad fast, slowed it down.

 ;P Good question, one I most likley couldnt answer.. she just seems like a nice first project - simple stucture.. You have to start somewhere. Blue or Mac would be next - or I might give up on the rest of the house, depends on how well this goes over >.< I still need to figure out Fighter factory ;3

I think the obvious way go for Madam Foster would be strikers.  Various Imaginary Friends.  Wilt, Eduardo, Bloo.  Maybe even Mr. Harriman.(sp?)  You could probably get plenty of voice samples of her calling their names and what not.  Also, as far as CC on the sprites, you need to do more with her hair.  Have it bob as she walks and make it bend when she's laying dead on the ground.

A few ideas of mine:

Use Eduardo in a Juggernaut style rushing attack.
Wilt throws a basketball projectile.
Herriman comes down as an overhead and bounces back to where he came from.
Mac fishes something out of his backpack such as a health recovery item or some kind of power-up.
And you've already incorporated Bloo as the block which is a good idea.
