It sounds like you're being a bit of a perfectionist, and honestly, that can sometimes hold you back from finishing your side project. But I believe you're on the right track! I remember when I worked on creating a Mugen characters a while back—I wasn't aiming for perfection; I just wanted to get it done and share it with others. What mattered most was that people could enjoy something I had created for the community. Keep going, and remember that progress is what count

I don't think the animations is bad. I can't see it but I understand you have to make it perfect. Please don't give up. Work on Shen and take your time

Leona... and other characters your working on is not gonna be hard if you get some help. We believe in you, buddy

I know It's very frustrating but it's okay... it will take days, weeks, months and years to complete anything to be honest

EPIC! I'm glad the project is alive.

I would consider the hardest part done. To me, idle stance and walking animations are some of the hardest to make.
Mostly because of subtle movement.

I really like how it's going.
Leo deserved a real classic design spriteset in this style.
It can only be great!

The back walk looks a little... stretchy. Like her head bounces much more than her feet. Like rubberhose animation.

But everything's looking great as usual.
